How would the Obama admin have reacted to the Pearl Harbor attack?

They'd have said the Japanese have good reason to be angry at us and refused to use the phrase act of war. Then he'd have hosted a summit on opposing acts of aggression and only invited the Japanese

He would have apologized for our ships getting in the way of Japanese bombs.
