I recall the arguments about forcing GM into bankruptcy. It was argued hundreds of other businesses would then go out of business.

GM did file and the businesses stayed in business.

I was for forcing them into bankruptcy.

I recall arguing to stop the pumping saying it was going to cause a real inflation problem. I was told we had to do it and inflation was under control......

And here we are.
