Biden meant that it would cost the Billionaires NOTHING---the tax bill is at best meant to extort donations from Billionaires to create loopholes for them to get out of paying the higher taxes (which is what I think the 15% minimum international tax thing is really about--limiting their tax bills to 15% of what they can't write off in the special billionaire international tax system meaning that they won't have to pay under the US tax system)--under socialism, higher taxes do not hit the uber rich, it is meant to hit the lower rich, middle classes, and the working poor classes. The Uber rich billionaires just buy loopholes...which is why the uber rich support and thrive under socialism.
