How many small businesses will now drop coverage for their employees?

If workers get a rebate on their health insurance if they make less than $88K, how many small businesses will tell people to just get it on their own? I imagine a good percentage of S-corps, who make over $250K, will feel no guilt in dropping coverage since they will be paying for the rebates anyway.
