How long can one morally force someone to work for them?

How long is it morally appropriate to force others to work for you? 1% of the year? 10% of the year? 30%? 50% or 100%? Or anything inbetween?
 
No one is forced to work for anyone.

If you don't want to pay taxes either move to Somalia or stop earning income.
 
You are misrepresenting the relationship between government and the people. Your scenario implies that there is no exchange of services between the two, but rather a one way payment stream from people to government with no service returned to the people. That is simply not the case.
