Throughout the current Israel-Hamas war, HonestReporting has exposed ties between employees of mainstream media organizations and the terrorist rulers of the Gaza Strip.

From freelancers who crossed into southern Israel with Hamas terrorists during the October 7 massacre to Palestinian journalists who were honored by Hamas for their collaborative work with the Hamas Government Media Office, there is strong evidence for Hamas’ control and manipulation of the narratives that emerge from the Gaza Strip and help shape the way that the conflict is reported on around the world.

However, it is not only local Gazan journalists whose work falls under the tyrannical thumb of Hamas. Throughout its 17 years of control over Gaza, Hamas has also wielded its violent power to censor the reports of foreign journalists and ensure that only news sanctioned by the internationally recognized terror group sees the light of day.

Stop this misinformation crap. HAMAS does not represent the majority of the Palestinians. It's a small group of terrorists who only live to keep fighting. By trying to lump HAMAS into the PLO, you are just denying the PLO of much of it's human rights.

What needs to be done is to work with the PLO to work on their human rights and then wipe out HAMAS.

Hopefully.Israel and Hamas make a peace agreement, the deaths have to stop. Israel has done the world a favour by for the most part, single handedly confronting terror groups.in the M.E, they even confronted one of the Axis when they dealt with Iran. Peace will hopefully win the day. Israel should not be the punching bag for these terrorists and terror supporting states.

There is NO PEACE with Hamas; it must be eliminated as a body of any sort whatsoever. They exist not to promote a State for anyone; their ONE GOAL is to murder Jews. Oh; my bad...and to enrich themselves.

Israel prevents international journalists from doing it in Gaza.

Operating a border crossing for foreign journalists would pose an undue onus on IDF resources in wartime. The Erez Crossing, which was previously used by journalists, was heavily damaged on October 7 and remains inoperable, according to the army.

There are also worries that allowing foreign journalists to move around Gaza independently could endanger troops or lead to their positions being compromised.

What "misinformation" are you talking about?

HAMAS does not represent the majority of the Palestinians. Of course it didn't, BUT they had the Anti-Jew narrative that got them majority support in Gaza. Classic Stalinist move; eliminate the moderates so there is no competition.

I did not even mention Fatah, so why bring it up?

I say wipe out Hamas NOW; the time for negotiation on that is well over!!

At the same time, the PLO needs to be in meaningful negotiations with Israel with nothing left off the table. I don't give a rats ass about Gaza but the West Bank could easily become the property of the PLO. Instead, Israel keeps carving it up more and more moving in the Jews while evicting the Muslims. Enough already. The World is ready for a Palestinian Nation.

... that wouldn't last 3 days before the rockets start falling on Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

Stop talking about subjects you don't understand, Vrenn.

The Palestinian national identity is inextricably intertwined with the totality of their historic homeland.

The colonization of Palestine by european colonists is exactly what turned the arabs who inhabited that region into Palestinians.

If Palestinians renounced to a single inch of their homeland they would immediately renounce to their own national identity, they would cease to be Palestinians and would become exactly what zionists claim they are:

"Generic" arabs with no separate identity... ready to be assimilated by the neighboring countries.

Nobody Jewish has anything to do with the media here. No Jews own media properties and there are no Jews on TV giving us "news."

Have you spent any time in the Middle East? I have in Iran, Turkey and Israel. I have trained along side of Saudi Muslims. I used to have some pretty good friends from the Middle East that were Christain, Muslim and Jewish. I was the odd man out being Methodist. I see a future much different than you do. But I also see why certain Israeli Leaders don't want the hate and violence to end. It keeps them in power. If left alone, People will learn to exist together.

The PLO has it's own identity apart from other Arab groups. They were the ruling faction before the Brits screwed the pooch in 1948 and also 1919. The way that Israel was created was the dumbest thing ever. And the resolve of the war between the Israelites and the PLO could not be acceptable for either side.
