How can we fix all this biased media?

We really need to go back to a time when the news was boring and most people hated politicians regardless of party. Right now all this biased media has people rooting for their team(party) regardless of how bad it sucks. Can we make news non profit or something? We can’t continue like this.

Consider News vis a vis Editorials. Then spend a day watching MSNBC & Fox, CNN, PBS and Listen to talk radio, All of it is protected by the First Amendment, so no federal remedy exists to censor the media.

The same goes with Social Media, and thus democracy can not thrive, and almost didn't survive unless the listener / reader has an open mind and seeks alternative sources that might be an alternative to support their preconceived narrative.
