Basquebromance, this bill nullifies many of states’ laws granting both the state’s governments and employers with the unjustifiable advantages over job applicants, employees, and labor organizations.

Of course not since the majority of Senators are on the corporate dole and will do as their masters order.
 
If the PRO-ACT did pass, it would be tremendous news for Big Labor bosses, the La Cosa Nostra as well as owners and operators of America's Italian clubs.

It would definitely give Union Goons a definite advantage in their ability to bust out small restaurants, stores and other small business that doesn't toe their line and kick up.
