The money was allocated without the Hyde amendment attached, which means they are free to spend it as they like..

The right shouldn't worry too much the Senate will Filibuster this and that will make them happy.. Both sides fed red meat to there base...

End Result... Somebody thinks that somebody is not going to have an abortion because having a kid would be cheaper...
