Hostage Situation at Texas Synagogue.

Why? Just allow concealed carry in religious buildings…..no need for tax dollars
Allowing guns into a house of god, it'll never go. Any church that would allow that, is it much of a church to begin with.

And then you double down on 2A's misunderstanding!
You two are trusted with guns??
You should have read more about the history of Manchester. MI5 knows where the pathologies are, and will swiftly react to find them:

Well they had to have some place of sanctity to hold on to their guns and Bibles.
Ya, John Wesley's bright idea of holding prayer meetings in an abandoned gun factory. His worshippers were not stupid. They knew that Chinese inventions were always not far away.

Churches can reconcile the guns due to the need. This speaks to 2A's point on the need for guns everywhere. Where there are more guns there will obviously be more fatal shooting, albeit some of the bad guy will be shot too.

Yeah, sure those church members in Texas would agree.
The Theologian in general is much too initmately close to this gunpowder-projectile pathology, which for the intelligent, should be a clue to the irresolvable violence of religion in general. We think that carrying guns in church was a local decree that may have had to do with the Stono Rebellion:

I was thinking in the broader so-called " Christian " sense, Jesus didn't tolerate commerce and trade outside the synagogue, guns inside the synagogue would be totally out of the question.

Yeah, especially....they hadn't been invented yet.

You're kidding right. Christianity was started by Jews. They altered very little substance in creating the new religion. Christianity wouldn't exist without them.

“Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends” (John 15:14).
Yes that is true, but it still wouldn't justify having firearms inside a church. Guards outside of church protecting it is another matter altogether. But the sanctity of the church has to be protected.

Like I said a church that does this isn't much of a church. You can reconcile only so much before you're going against what you stand for.
