Yep! That'll be the next cry of our progressive democratic socialists as they seek to control everything.

Look at our southern border and the abuse those border control cowboys are enacting on those poor, poor, illegal immigrants down there with their horses.

Without Horse Control Legislation for both the public and private sector the abuse will continue!

The progressives will probably have to enact horse safety courses, licensing, registering, etc, etc, etc,... to ensure some racist cracker terrorist doesn't own or purchase a horse.

There might have to be a roundup of all the wild horses to keep them out of white racist terrorists hands.

Well, it might be in order. With ivermectin in short supply because of the science denying, anti-vaxx, alt-right leaning crowd, horses might become an endangered species. No de-worming available.
