Lots of places did that in 2020! If the ballot for someone who lived in your home before you showed up, there was nothing to prevent you, an unregistered voter, illegal alien, or convicted felon from casting that ballot. There was no way to tie you to that ballot because an ID with the mail-in ballots were not required. My dog could have voted using those corrupt procedures and no one would ever know. That's how the vote totals exceeded the number of registered voters in many of those places.
