As usual, my prognostications are spot on: Cities like Reno NV are already building individual shelters for homeless people who are willing to live in them.

The next step is to criminally enforce vagrancy laws by giving offenders the choice of living in a provided housing unit or else being required to enroll in a secure treatment facility as a condition of probation.

Despite the mewing of all you wannabe social workers, this is the ONLY way to reduce homelessness.

Seriously though, the answer is to break up the housing cartels. It's crap that people are out in the cold because of speculators.

What's pathological relating to Isaiah is that houses, however many in number, were eventually placed in striated space, (in rows [italics]) (Hodder, The Domestication of Europe).
