This is going to be our home away from home for the 12 days we'll be in Sturgis.

Right now there are three of us going (the women will fly up), although my one buddy is notoriously wishy-washy, and we're expecting him to drop out. If he doesn't, and there are three of us, we'll drive straight through in four hour shifts. If he bails (which is what my money's on), the owner of the camper and I will drive in either five or six hour shifts.

We'll be dragging an 18' trailer behind us with the bikes and other assorted gear.

We leave at high noon on Tuesday...

I've got a friend doing a service to mine before we go; fluids, brakes, etc.

Pics will be forthcoming; probably Monday, which is when we'll be loading the trailer. We'll leave around 1-2pm on Tuesday and drive straight through.

The camper has wi-fi, too, so I'll be able to post photos from the rally during the rally...
