Holder's New School Discipline Guidelines: Stop Targeting Minorities
Let's face facts. In order to learn at school students must be intelligent enough to understand very basic concepts. Learning to read and write and do simple math is NOT rocket science.
Blacks score about 10 points lower in IQ tests than Whites. White score lower in IQ tests than Asians. This is a scientific fact folks and no amount of 'ya-buts' will change reality.
Blacks can not function at the same level as Whites in a school setting. Period.
Blacks have an endemic problem with rampant "HPD'. (Look up the definition)
So Blacks can't learn the basic skills in order to get a job looking after some one's house plants. "What the fuck does a 'spoonful mean?"
So what does Holder want the school authorities to do? Have a 'special' set of disciplinary guidelines for non-Whites. If THAT doesn't amplify that fact that non-Whites are mentally deficient when it comes to even be capable of sitting still and keeping one's mouth shut while some 'Lib' (cough) teacher with a year of 'teacher training' makes a half-assed effort to teach those who are at least sentient enough to know where they are nothing does.
If THAT isn't a classic case of 'racism' on Holders part nothing is.
What next? Maybe Bobo and Holder and 'Arnie' will decide that it's way to hard to expect non-Whites to compete with Whites in school so why not open 'special schools' for non-Whites only? A 'special' curriculum could be designed to make sure every non-White would graduate high school with solid 'A's and then be able to get into 'special' colleges and universities for non-Whites and then all the students would be 'fast-tracked' to their degrees and be ready to join the increasingly 'hyper-competitive' work-force. Just don't 'axe' any of these graduates if they know whether a duck is a bird.
But wait! This new batch of graduates can't seem to land any jobs b/c the Whites and Asians are getting them. So why not have Bobo create new non-White only jobs designed specifically around the abilities of the non-Whites? Silly me! It's already been done! It's called 'the Public Service Sector'.

The Obama administration is issuing new recommendations on classroom discipline that seek to end the apparent disparities in how students of different races are punished for violating school rules.

In American schools, black students without disabilities were more than three times as likely as whites to be expelled or suspended, according to government civil rights data collection from 2011-2012. Although black students made up 15 percent of students in the data collection, they made up more than a third of students suspended once, 44 percent of those suspended more than once and more than a third of students expelled.

Already, in March of last year, the Justice Department spearheaded a settlement with the Meridian, Miss., school district to end discriminatory disciplinary practices. The black students in the district were facing harsher punishment than whites for similar misbehavior.

Education Secretary Arne Duncan acknowledged the challenge is finding the balancing act to keep school safe and orderly, but when it comes to routine discipline the "first instinct should not be to call 911 when there's a problem."

Research suggests the racial disparities in how students are disciplined are not explained by more frequent or more serious misbehavior by students of color, according to a letter sent to schools with the recommendations by the departments.

"For example, in our investigations, we have found cases where African-American students were disciplined more harshly and more frequently because of their race than similarly situated white students," the letter said. "In short, racial discrimination in school discipline is a real problem."
