There are a lot of messages on people s opinion of the movie. The critics hate it. But others see it different. It interesting to read them. I will let you know what I think of the book version.

I watched it and I thought it was outstanding.

Very well acted by Amy Adams. She carried the water for the whole movie unfortunately.
Glenn Close is Glenn Close, so she also did a convincing job as well.
And that is where it ends.
The actor for the main character Gabriel Gasso... I don't know why they chose this guy. Did he give someone a blow job?
His mediocre acting ability was distracting, and took away from what could have been a much better film.
Freida Pinto, a beautiful woman. And a pretty good actress. But she was the token minority actor to throw in there so the producers can virtue signal.
She didn't belong in the film as his girlfriend. This woman is beautiful with a capital B. Gabrial Gasso is not going to win any awards, just an average Joe. It is not believable that she could be his girlfriend.
I think the movie could have been really good, had it not been for Gasso.
