Say it ain't so, union Joe!

WASHINGTON — President Joe Biden hails unions at almost every turn, often declaring "unions built the middle class" and that his goal is to be "the most pro-union president" in U.S. history. But as he urges Congress to intervene in a labor dispute to avert a freight rail strike before the holidays, the president is facing a backlash from labor allies. Union workers hoped to secure paid sick leave in a final contract, among other assurances, but congressional action pushed by Biden would force some terms they oppose.

Hate to break it to them but Joe only cares about 2 things. His own personal financial and political gain. That's it. He only talked about loving unions because he thought he would get votes.

So Trump is going to talk to the striking unions today. Do you side with the workers? Will Trump side with them today? If he does, is he just campaigning? And if he sides with the workers, is he a socialist/communist? Isn't he worried that giving them raises will raise the price of cars?

I'm so interested to hear what Trump says to the unions today. And do you guys agree with Trump? Seems to me if he sides with unions, you shouldn't vote for him. Because YOU don't side with unions

Bullshit. His policies protect unions. There's also this. Never before has a president joined a picket line.

President Joe Biden visited the United Auto Workers union picket line outside a General Motors parts distribution center in Belleville, Michigan, on Tuesday, making him the first sitting president to join a picket line.

“Stick with it, because you deserve the significant raise you need and other benefits,”

Do you or Trump believe the auto workers deserve a raise? No you fucking do not.

UAW President thanked the president for his solidarity.
“Thank you, Mr. President, for coming ― thank you for coming to stand up with us in our generation’s defining moment,” he said. “And we know the president will do right by the working class. And when we do right by the working class, you can leave the rest to us, because we’re going to take care of this business.”

“Let me say it many times: Wall Street didn’t build the country. The middle class built the country. And unions built the middle class! That’s a fact,” Biden declared.

“You deserve what you’ve earned,” he added. “And you’ve earned a hell of a lot more than what you’re getting paid right now.”
Biden endorsed the UAW strike shortly after it began on Sept. 15. The union is calling for pay hikes of over 40% to match increases in executive pay, a speedy phase-out of the two-tier compensation system, and a restoration of benefits given up during the auto bankruptcies and bailouts in 2009.

Yeah, but he only joined the picket line because he didn't know where he was and thought he could get an ice cream.
