It's clear the judicial branch has spun wildly out of control and needs to be brought to heel. The law flows from us, the people. It does not rule over us, as these rogue judges seem to think it does. It is truly outrageous that some district judge political appointee somewhere thinks he has more power than the president of the United States.

Both appellate courts and the Supreme Court have held judges accountable when their knowing and willing actions fell outside the boundaries of their job description. That failure to follow simple guidelines of their post makes a judge's action no longer a Judicial act but an Individual act as the act represents their own prejudices and goals. Case law also states that when a judge acts as a trespasser of the law, when a judge does not follow the law, he then loses subject matter jurisdiction and the judges orders are void, of no legal force or affect.

The judge in Hawaii, for example, cited harm to Hawaii's tourism industry as one justification for "his" ruling. It is not the role of the courts to manage the economy. He therefore overstepped his authority. His ruling is therefore no longer a judicial act and he loses judicial immunity and may be sued civilly. He loses subject matter jurisdiction and his order is void and without legal force.
