Global Climate Change may be true. But from humans it is minimal if at all. And all the money spent on green programs will have minimal affect on it. A progression of technology changes with minimal affect on the citizen is the way to go. Our government has had many secret projects. And some of it is on the production of energy. It would not be surprising if they have energy technology that is green. Not released to the population.
