Both sides cheat, such as republicans have been gerrymandering the hell out of states for years. Tom DeLay did such an obvious job of it, that even the US Supreme Court had to take down one of his gerrymandered districts, because even to the conservatives on the court, it was violating equal protection.

All that has to happen is the democrats un-gerrymander a few states, and the house flips back again.

their ballots anonymous into mostly unsecured, unmonitored boxes
that are then delivered to the election boards without any
records, or chain of custody.
