The Cinephile's version of Netflix is MUBI, like Netflix it is Subscription but you can have a 30 day Free Trial. So if you are obsessed with films that are not aimed at the Mainstream Multiplex type thing, but are aimed at those who want films to be both artistic and challenging then I recommend MUBI. I did do the 30 day Free Trial at Netflix and found Netflix to be shit, too many Action/Mainstream films and too many SJW/Global Warming Documentaries etc To me Netflix is an insult to intelligence, not EVERYONE wants to watch Action films with things getting blown up every five minutes and peoples talking about the fucking Global Warming thing every five minutes etc.

MUBI is not shit, if you love film as an art form and if you love International Cinema then you should try MUBI:

^^^^ The above Still Photograph is from "L'Avventura" made in 1960 and Directed by Michelangelo Antonioni, the two pictured above are Gabriele Ferzetti and Monica Vitti, it's a GREAT film that I recommend, it is available on DVD.

Here is the original trailer:

What were the 3 best movies you watched on there?

Well very difficult to narrow down to 3, there are excellent films from every genre on MUBI and films that I would have in my Top 50 favourite films ever eg "The Godfather Part II"

From what I have watched since the beginning of this year and straight from my memory right this moment, if I had to give 3 films I would say:

"The Woman In The Window" made in 1944 and Directed by Fritz Lang.
"The Lighthouse" made in 2019 and Directed by Robert Eggers.
"Throne of Blood" made in 1957 and Directed by Akira Kurosawa.

Tomorrow my top 3 could be different of course.
