The Founders envisioned the states as laboratories, with each testing things before the others to see how they worked. Largely it's worked OK. Handgun carry permits started for real in FL and now cover all of the civilized U.S. Extra pollution control started in CA and pretty much died there. Gay marriage is a toss up, at least until some closet queen faggot U.S. federal judge decides that there is a right to paid ass fucking in the Constitution no one noticed before.
So we'll see how this works. Since the laws of economics have not been repealed we will see skyrocketing costs and limited availability, with doctors fleeing those states.
