No I don't think so, it was what the source said, she was visiting a state run leper colony, plus after doing a short search I found this.

authorities claim she died in the fuselage; then a passenger says she was fine when she exited the aircraft after it crashed; authorities backtrack from their lie (I mean claim) that she died in the fuselage.
Somehow, she dies in the water while 8 other people survive unharmed (unless you count being tired from swimming to shore) the Coast Guard's official picture of the rescue is of clear blue water and nothing else;
