Have you noticed that Republicans are getting more desperate by the day?

We know why. They have done everything they can to bring down the president. Worked tirelessly to smear his mother, siblings, wife, children, grandparents and every one he has ever talked to.

They have tried again and again to tie him to old Republican scandals and failed policies.

They attack his religion, his education, his many accomplishments. Even things that are clearly good for the country like education and rebuilding infra-structure, they cry "socialism" and "brain washing" and "mind control".

The GOP's intense hatred of the poor. The fact they don't want millions to have health care. They refer to uneducated right wingers as "hard working" and "decent". As if those with an education are lazy and indecent.

I saw right winger Matt Lewis talking this morning, saying that the poor need to work hard and make something of themselves. Even though many have two or three jobs, apparently, for food stamp right wingers, that's not enough.

It's clear. Obama has been a good president. I suspect history will see him as a great president. Especially after the incredible number of disasters and failures handed to him by the GOP. Republicans realize this. They are freaking out that America's first black president has been so much better than the last five Republican Presidents. GOP presidents have been so awful, they even had to start a project to try to turn one into something he wasn't.

Five myths about Ronald Reagan s legacy

Obama's policies of helping Americans with their health care, education, job opportunities, rebuilding infrastructure, keeping us out of ridiculous wars Republicans started will be seen as a model of productive politics. Republicans can't name a single thing they are proud of in the last 40 years except to smear Obama and his family. And it's the GOP who refer to Obama as a "loser".

Peggy Noonan Loses It Blog Media Matters for America
This week she calls Obama a "loser." Last week he was a "boring" "walking headache" and Noonan suggested he just "shut up."

The next year, he won his second term with a decisive victory.

If Republicans don't come up with a scandal quick and try to make it stick, all their smear tactics will be in vain. They will look like, er, "losers".

I have noticed since voting day the unwashed have gone bugfuck over Republicans and Conservatives. Attacking, slandering, accusing and degrading is the wingnut platform. All to no avail. Suck it up libs. The horse has left the barn.

Someone is desperate for a circle jerk.:eusa_whistle:

"Have you noticed that Republicans are getting more desperate by the day?"

They're getting more ridiculous and inane concerning the president.
Got him right where we wanted him all along. One step from a psycho ward at Walter Reed. He's due to pop any day now.

It looks like the Democrats are getting more desperate....
What's the deal with them saying Scott Walker is not eligible to be President because he didn't finish college...

It's clear. Obama has been a good president

. .

1) unemployment 11.3%, 40 higher than before recession
2) income down 14% since he took office
3) more debt than all other presidents combined
4) lied through his teeth to get liarcare passed
5) reset button with Russia and Midde East and then they promptly declared war everywhere!!
6) shipped middle class jobs off shore with liberal unions and highest corporate tax in world
7) continued attack on and destruction of American family and schools

Yep, it's clear. Obama has been a good president

I'm feeling pretty confident right now actually. Looks like we can win the white house and keep both chambers. Hoping that will result in reversing the damage done by obie.

I don't know about that. It seems most of the people who don't follow politics much love Hilary. I'm hoping that when she comes out of the closet a bit more people wont like her. I think its quite possible given her pant suits, 1000 hair styles, odd manner, failure as NYS senator, no accomplishments at State while taking contributions/bribes all the time, and no positions on any issues.

Thank God the clown is finished in two years. One can only hope and pray the damage inflicted can be repaired. It is apparent the left is rather concerned about their messiah and his legacy.

No... But I have witnessed the palpable desperation of the Ideological Left, now that national figures are pointing out that their Peasantpimp is not an American... and has spent his Peasantry promoting the interests of our enemies and all of THIS before Trey Gowdy has even truly BEGUN his investigation into obama's founding of ISIS.

No, I had not noticed that. The last time I checked, the Republicans had just recently won back the Senate, increased their majority in the House, and increased the number of governorships and state legislatures that they control--to the point that 31 states now have a Republican governor, and 31 states now have legislatures that are controlled by the Republicans. So, no, I hadn't noticed any panic on the part of the GOP.

It seems to me that the Democrats are the ones who have been getting increasingly desperate since they got clobbered in the mid-term elections.

I think her lack of actual accomplishments and her screechy style of speaking will turn off enough voters. A lot of dems are going to stay home if it's her as the candidate.
