D-Henry Cuellar, Tx Congressman said on national TV this morning thathe does not understand why Harris is going to El Paso instead of down to his district - McAllen, Tx area - where they have 140% higher illegal immigration and drug / human / child trafficking than El Paso.

Cuellar says that going to El Paso is a waste of time because there is literally nothing there to see, that she is 'checking a political box' by coming to El Paso.
