Of course itis plagerizing is rampant in the New Testament . That happens when you try to be all things to all people’s esp the ones you conquer or wish to.. The Romans were very very good and taking what was others and making it their own...
Sigh.... Not plagiarizing.... It is a different story. Matthew, for example, used a literary device known as foreshadowing. Four different accounts, from four different perspectives.
You realize that much of Mathew was plagerizing from Mark and so were other gospels..Givingus doubt there was a Mathew at all....The stories of Samuel, Jonah etc etc were ahem also ( foreshadowed in your own words) and given a different spin with your hero / idol Jesus heck he even said to do so by placing him everywhere... So yes plagerizing was a common concept in the New Testament in fine Roman tradition of taking what is others and giving it a new spin.. They did that with all the people’s they conquered as the Greeks, Vians , Gauls to name a few...

And you realize much the same is true of Old Testament stories. And modern stories of today. However, new twist appear as new knowledge and insights grow. Why does it bother you so much? There is less Rome in the Gospels than you want to accept, and more Hebrew than you seem to want to acknowledge. Greek is also a factor and some are quick to point out Far Eastern influences as well. Q has been long identified as source material for the first three Gospels. Are we supposed to tear out our hair, rend are garments and wail laments? Perhaps throw out all books and manuscripts earlier than 2010? Half the fun of reading books written in earlier centuries is that they present a more accurate picture of the thinking and beliefs in those times. Pay attention to history and literature and it is quite easy to pinpoint the year any piece was written. Research will easily find similar, lesser known works. You seem to think that we should all be greatly bothered by this. Why? I know the history and cultures of Biblical times. Whether you understand Jesus' role or not is superfluous to me. I suspect you are one who is healthy and had no need of a physician. Even so, there is no need for you to sneer and look down upon those of us who are grateful that someone cared about those of us who were lost, someone who dropped us directly into the lap of God (so-to-speak).

Is that why you choose as your handle an Owl.. In Greek mythology the owl belonged to Athena and of course after the Romans conquered them they Romanisized Athena to Minerva and the owl become hers as well... That is how Rome plagerizing and took what was others for their own...They took the Greek gods and made them Roman .. It was their way with all things... The New Testament is Roman plagerism even if you do not aknowledge it. sorry those are the facts and I am not sneering I am just pointing these things out for all too see...

Is that why you choose as your handle an Owl..
Meriweather is not an owl. I have taken a number of owl photos. I've always been fond of this one...looks like a grin. By the way, you have some of your facts wrong. Years of study and research. Shrug. People have a habit of retaining what they want and dismissing the inconvenient. That is not important. Much more important is the drive to throw mud on another's holy ground. You know...to murder...and toss asunder. But I deserve it, right?

Au contrare .... Revelation 1:18 says specifically the keys of hell and of death... Again who but Lucifear could hold such keys from the pit..You conveniently forgot to mention that ..Further Passover is a 7 day event as per Exodus 12... No leavening or Rising is allowed and any that do so shall have their “ soul” cutoff...The gospels all agree Mark 15:42, Mathew 27:62 John 19;42 and Mathew 27 :42 that Jesus dies during Passover and Rose shortly after his death which would still be during Passover if the gospels are to be believed... The only difference is in John which was written at a later date .. No leavending or rising or your soul shall be cut off... Pretty straightforward and that includes a so called bread of life....
Life. Not death. Keys to life and the kingdom of God. Rising into life. Revelation--unlocks/abolishes death, brings new life. Most consider that a good thing. John was one of the Twelve; he was there.
He promised them they'd see the kingdom in their day and age and instead of liberation and paradise he brought them dispercement and death so death had to be their kingdom unless you admit he was a false prophet.
I Cor. 10:11 , Heb. 1:2 , I Peter 1:20, I Peter 4:7 , I John 2:18 etc.
The apostles understood that THEY were living in the "end-times."
So obviously we can not be in them today!
Luke 21:24 & Romans 11:25 and history of that era show that
Revelation 11:1-3 occurred already in aprox 70 ad.

The Bible warns of all these about false prophets who do not speak for G-d.

light=knowledge and truth
darkness=lies folly and ignorance.
We are fighting that war now in our day and age.

Yes Light is truth and knowledge but itis difficult to impart truth and knowledge without a proper platform or central authority to do so.. This is why we stress a rebuilding of a jewish temple so that it can be an outreach to everyone and all nations to come and partake of. Not so much as some have grabbed onto to restart sacrificing animals but as a meeting place so that truth and knowledge can be shared to help repair and heal the world so that all people‘s can partake of it....There are those that stand in the way( the Hebrew concept of adversary or Satan) they do so because they have much to loose and would prefer that the world continues on its path of gross darkness( lies and follies) but in the end the light will prevail sometimes it just takes a little push or shove to crack open that door and let the light shine in...

Yes Light is truth and knowledge but itis difficult to impart truth and knowledge without a proper platform or central authority to do so.
A cautionary note...it appears to be calling for the platform and authority to be taken from those who have it and handed over to the next group that thrives on having authority and the platform. In almost every town Jews have synagogues or places of worship. They are not especially welcoming to outsiders, and with good reason as their are some who use the opportunity to divert what is going on and replace it with their own agenda. Even so, the grassroots level may be more conducive to this light than the new Temple. Note, I am not against the Temple, only suggesting the means to heal is already available.

Just read Ezek. 28. Wanted to see what you were talking about it being a prophesy of the Son of Perdition. A man whom the apostle Paul made clear in 2Thess2 hadn't yet made his appearance 600 years later. There are some similarities in the prose, nothing more.

Try Ezek. 18. It is the new covenant laid out in contract form. Both Jeremiah 31:29 and Ezek:5 establish that The sons shall no longer be held accountable for the sins of the father.

Ezek. 18:2 What mean ye, that ye use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge?

Jeremiah 31:29
In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children's teeth are set on edge.

Exodus 20:1 And God spake all these words, saying,

2 I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

Most Christians don't get the message, I don't know why I even try to tell you the truth.
Ezekiel 28:8 They shall bring thee down to the pit, and thou shalt die the deaths of [them that are] slain in the midst of the ‘seas’ (i.e.Rome). =Jesus
1 peter 3:19, Acts 2:27

Eze 28:9 Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I [am] God? but thou [shalt be] a man, and no God, in the hand of him that slayeth thee. =Jesus
(John 8:57, 10:25-36, Psalm 82:1-8)
Later he rose from the Pit declared as God fulfilling the AntiChrist warnings.

Ezekiel 28:2 Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart [is] lifted up, and thou hast said, I [am] a God, I sit [in] the seat of God, in the midst of the seas(Rome); yet thou [art] a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God (this is like how the Popes claim to be viceroy and gods in Rome, set up as imposters of the Jerusalem Temple and throne and TRUE Authority)

Ezekiel 28:12 Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the *king of Tyrus*(Tyrus meaning Rock, Jesus was the King of the Rock (the Church) and popular in TYRE according to the NT as in deemed a Prince of Tyre), and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.
(similar- Isaiah 44 talks about the carpenter making an idol of a beautiful man (sinless-whitewashed image)and placing it on walls in homes and bowing to it.)
Ezekiel 28:13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone [was] thy covering,
(The image of his man was formed from borrowed mythology of Mithra which came out of ancient Persia, thus literally been in the garden of eden describing the region in ancient Persia.)

Ezekiel 28:14 Thou [art] the anointed (christ) cherub (guardian=nazarene) that covereth; and I have set thee [so]: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.

28:15 Thou [wast] perfect(sinless) in thy ways from the day that thou wast created(his image/icon was created with this intention), till iniquity was found in thee(till the information age exposed what the preachers avoided or whitewashed over).

No other prophet was ever deemed perfect, nor called christ (anointed) Cherub(nazarei) therefore nobody but Jesus fulfills lucifer.

Coming first as the first and fallen messiah should make it obvious enough as Lucifer comes first and is overturned by the Shiloh, (one who's right it is.) If jesus was Messiah there would be no Shiloh.
Satan / Lucifer was an angel who wanted to become GOD and hated man so much that he worked to entice him to sin. Jesus the MESSIAH overcame Satan. There is coming a millennial kingdom where MESSIAH will rule for 1000 years. This hasn't happened (in our time) yet. No prophet was born before the fall (they all sinned) The Messiah (SON of GOD) came to save that which was lost (GOD is without sin) and then one day return to reign on earth 1000 years. Then Satan will again be released for a short time (after being captive during that time) and this will climax with Armageddon with MESSIAH tossing Satan in the Lake of Fire along with all who sided with Satan and attempted to usurp MESSIAH from the time of the Fall of man.

Daniel 9:24-27 ESV
“Seventy weeks are decreed about your people and your holy city, to finish the transgression, to put an end to sin, and to atone for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal both vision and prophet, and to anoint a most holy place. Know therefore and understand that from the going out of the word to restore and build Jerusalem to the coming of an anointed one, a prince, there shall be seven weeks. Then for sixty-two weeks it shall be built again with squares and moat, but in a troubled time. And after the sixty-two weeks, an anointed one shall be cut off and shall have nothing. And the people of the prince who is to come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. Its end shall come with a flood, and to the end there shall be war. Desolations are decreed. And he shall make a strong covenant with many for one week, and for half of the week he shall put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall come one who makes desolate, until the decreed end is poured out on the desolator.”
2 Thessalonians 2:1-17 ESV
Now concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered together to him, we ask you, brothers, not to be quickly shaken in mind or alarmed, either by a spirit or a spoken word, or a letter seeming to be from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come. Let no one deceive you in any way. For that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God. Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? ...

Jesus left the temple and was going away, when his disciples came to point out to him the buildings of the temple. But he answered them, “You see all these, do you not? Truly, I say to you, there will not be left here one stone upon another that will not be thrown down.” As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the close of the age?” And Jesus answered them, “See that no one leads you astray. For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and they will lead many astray. ...

For the Lord will have compassion on Jacob and will again choose Israel, and will set them in their own land, and sojourners will join them and will attach themselves to the house of Jacob. In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, by descent a Mede, who was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans— in the first year of his reign, I, Daniel, perceived in the books the number of years that, according to the word of the Lord to Jeremiah the prophet, must pass before the end of the desolations of Jerusalem, namely, seventy years. Then I turned my face to the Lord God, seeking him by prayer and pleas for mercy with fasting and sackcloth and ashes. I prayed to the Lord my God and made confession, saying, “O Lord, the great and awesome God, who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, we have sinned and done wrong and acted wickedly and rebelled, turning aside from your commandments and rules. ...

And the beast that I saw was like a leopard; its feet were like a bear's, and its mouth was like a lion's mouth. And to it the dragon gave his power and his throne and great authority. One of its heads seemed to have a mortal wound, but its mortal wound was healed, and the whole earth marveled as they followed the beast. And they worshiped the dragon, for he had given his authority to the beast, and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast, and who can fight against it?” And the beast was given a mouth uttering haughty and blasphemous words, and it was allowed to exercise authority for forty-two months. ...

The circumference of the city shall be 18,000 cubits. And the name of the city from that time on shall be, The Lord Is There.”

In the twenty-fifth year of our exile, at the beginning of the year, on the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after the city was struck down, on that very day, the hand of the Lord was upon me, and he brought me to the city. In visions of God he brought me to the land of Israel, and set me down on a very high mountain, on which was a structure like a city to the south. When he brought me there, behold, there was a man whose appearance was like bronze, with a linen cord and a measuring reed in his hand. And he was standing in the gateway. And the man said to me, “Son of man, look with your eyes, and hear with your ears, and set your heart upon all that I shall show you, for you were brought here in order that I might show it to you. Declare all that you see to the house of Israel.” And behold, there was a wall all around the outside of the temple area, and the length of the measuring reed in the man's hand was six long cubits, each being a cubit and a handbreadth in length. So he measured the thickness of the wall, one reed; and the height, one reed. ...

Who has believed what he has heard from us? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? For he grew up before him like a young plant, and like a root out of dry ground; he had no form or majesty that we should look at him, and no beauty that we should desire him. He was despised and rejected by men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief; and as one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. The siege of Jerusalem will also be against Judah. On that day I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples. All who lift it will surely hurt themselves. And all the nations of the earth will gather against it. On that day, declares the Lord, I will strike every horse with panic, and its rider with madness. Out of one of them came a little horn, which grew exceedingly great toward the south, toward the east, and toward the glorious land. It grew great, even to the host of heaven. And some of the host and some of the stars it threw down to the ground and trampled on them. It became great, even as great as the Prince of the host. And the regular burnt offering was taken away from him, and the place of his sanctuary was overthrown. And a host will be given over to it together with the regular burnt offering because of transgression, and it will throw truth to the ground, and it will act and prosper. Then I heard a holy one speaking, and another holy one said to the one who spoke, “For how long is the vision concerning the regular burnt offering, the transgression that makes desolate, and the giving over of the sanctuary and host to be trampled underfoot?” ...

But I, brothers, could not address you as spiritual people, but as people of the flesh, as infants in Christ. I fed you with milk, not solid food, for you were not ready for it. And even now you are not yet ready, for you are still of the flesh. For while there is jealousy and strife among you, are you not of the flesh and behaving only in a human way? For when one says, “I follow Paul,” and another, “I follow Apollos,” are you not being merely human? What then is Apollos? What is Paul? Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth; for the Lord has spoken: “Children have I reared and brought up, but they have rebelled against me. The ox knows its owner, and the donkey its master's crib, but Israel does not know, my people do not understand.” Ah, sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, offspring of evildoers, children who deal corruptly!

5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

Then Satan will again be released for a short time (after being captive during that time) and this will climax with Armageddon with MESSIAH tossing Satan in the Lake of Fire along with all who sided with Satan and attempted to usurp MESSIAH from the time of the Fall of man.
malakh(i.e. angel)=messenger
Arch (top) Malakh(angel/messenger)=Moshiach
The first fallen claimed moshiach made into a forbiden idol god is not a person but a created image of a man-reread what I posted about Ezekiel 28 it says created image that would be called
Ezekiel 28:14-Christ (anoited)
Nazarene (guardian/cherub) and
Perfect (sinless) in verse 15.

Even the name (focus & attention) of the Holy city secrets this.
Yeru(city) (of) Shalem(evening star) is the overturner/remover of the Morning star (Lucifer)
Rome's created icon image is claimed the nemesis of Shalem-in Rev 22:16.
The legend of YeruShalem being deemed the city of Shalom (peace) is when the Night(Evening Star) overturns the Day (morning Star).
That's why collegiate dictionaries will tell you
Evening Star=Michael (messenger to rise)
And Morning star=Lucifer (fallen messenger)
So if you had no ability to read, you could still secret and discern the age old battle like cliff notes sitting all this time in the beacon of the name of the holy city.
Sources for Shalem:
YeruShalem would carry the name. (1 Kings 11:36 &
in dead sea scrolls: Words of the Archangel Michael scroll 4Q529, 6Q23)
The Gemarah (Baba Batra 75) Tells us Jerusalem is named after G0D and is the place commemorating his name and essence. In Sefer D’varim (12:5, 11, 14, 18, 21; 14:23,24, 25; 15:20; 16:2, 6, 7, 11, 15, 16; 17:8, 10; 18:6; 26:2; 31:11).the place that I will choose to place My Name. That is referring to YeruShalem because Sifri identifies the place which Hashem will choose (12:18) as “Yerushalayim”.

You misunderstand nothing is being taken from anyone.... I will explain it like this if you have a school and the school has different grades being taught. They are learning according to their level or ability and if the teacher is doing his/ her proper job then they are learning the material correctly and absorbing it and implementing it but if the teacher is not doing his job properly then his/ her students are falling behind and getting frustrated and tuned out...It is up to the principal of the school to make sure this does not happen and to replace bad teachers with good ones so that all the students in the school can participate grow and excel to be all that they can be... The same idea would be used for the temple as from that platform teachers( that is all Rabbi really means) can be taught educated and teach shining their truth and knowledge into the larger world so that misunderstandings and darkness ( lies and follies) can be eleminated .. This same oportunaty can be offered to “ teachers” whether they be called Imans, priests or whatever in the larger community so that all can share and partake in this knowledge freely and all can benefit...That is why a central authority is needed so that differences can be discussed hashed out and overcome so all can benefit not just one group ...

Your misunderstanding is apparently you think I am referencing clergy. I was not. I was referencing politicians. As far as Rabbis teaching those who are not Jews...why must I wait for a Temple to be built? As I said before, there are synagogues in almost every town but those not of the Jewish faith are held very much at arms length. No need to explain, I know the reasons. Still, it is a lonely business for those who are not Jews. Research has become easier over the years. Do you sincerely believe that once you have rebuilt the Temple Jews will suddenly become welcoming to non-Jews and enthusiastically teach them? If so, why wait for the Temple?

The temple to come will be built on Mt Moriah .. Moriah comes from the Hebrew word Yoret which means “ to teach”.. It is the obligation of those residing in the temple to teach...Obviously this will not happen overnight and there are those willing to learn right away and those that do not... Look at it like this since this thread is from Passover ... The generation that Moses led out of Egypt rebelled( not all) but they did what was right in their own eyes thus they were allowed to die out( they wandered in the wilderness of SIN ia ) The promise was given to the next generation because they were not tainted by the way the older generation had been through living in Mitzriam( Egypt) with all the idolatry and old customs..Same regarding the teachers and the students.. The teachers aren’t ready and neither are the students... When the time is ready then the teacher will come and the students will be willing to learn ...
