Dallas' top cop has answer for protesters: Join us | Fox News

Become a part of the solution,” Brown said during a Monday news conference. “We’re hiring. Get off that protest line and put an application in. And we’ll put you in your neighborhood, and we’ll help you resolve some of the problems you’re protesting about.”

-----------------

Start by changing your own family
- Teach your kids right from wrong, accountability, honor, and respect...
- Be more like that mother who saw her kid on TV throwing rocks at cops and came down to the protest site and started smacking his ass on TV!
- Teach kids to respect the cops not automatically hate them. Teach them that the jobs' of police are hard and personally dangerous, that they may seem gruff/untrusting but that's because they are afraid for their own lives...and after Dallas rightfully so.
- Teach them that you can't rob a store, assault the store owner, walk down the street, and disrespect a police officer...and never EVER try to take their weapon....

Start by changing your neighborhood
- Drive the druggies, thugs, hoods, and gang members out of the neighborhood.

Stop committing crimes, stop rioting, stop looting, stop burning your own neighborhood....stop other from doing so.

Take action to improve your own communities...

BECOME policemen to change what you think is wrong and HELP make them right.

Best said by the Police Chief....become a part of the solution rather than be part of the problem, fanning the flames of hate and division!

It seems there would be more protesters than employment positions for that one particular civil service.

Could every protestant that applies get a job at the police department by the department's budget and organizational allotment?
The question is not considering the applicant's qualification, but assuming all are already qualified or able to become qualified.
