I don't think that Tom Homan or our president cares though. The criminals are still going to prison and if he truly refuses to cooperate he could go right along with them. OhPleaseJustQuit

Then he will simply be charged with felony obstructing the federal government with carrying out its constitutional duties.
Then he will be charge with endangering the public.
Then he will be held accountable for any crimes, robberies, murders committed by the releasees.
Then he will be removed from office.
