I don't pay rent where I live, which was formerly occupied by a Jew (there is a "prayer room" still down in the basement, where he kept his porn) who owned a liquor store and a pawnshop on the ground floor through which he impoverished the local blacks. He would purchase the stolen property in one store, then go out back and reenter the liquor store and exchange liquor for the cash he'd just given the thief. Hahaha
