What are those special rights exactly?

Basically putting a force-field around gays. They can be lousy employees and all they have to do is claim sexual-orientation discrimination and they can't be fired regardless of their conduct.

Well, here's the thing. If you are talking about an employee saying these things, guess what, th ose kinds of tweets reflect badly on the company, which is why they usually fire your co-worker when he used the N-word or the C-word at work. Has nothing to do with liberals.
