Blocking roads, harrasing people, walking around with your hand in the air demanding others do it to, burning down buildings, threatening people, demanding history be changed, telling white people they are privileged and need to accept they are born racist, tearing down statues, throwing rocks and shooting fireworks at police, damaging private and federal property, etc is NOT in the constitution.

Anyone who has ever done any of those things should be charged and punished. They want fair and equal treatment, then they should be held accountable for crimes just like anyone else.
