Nobody is discriminating against anybody. The banks (like employers) do have a favorite color, and that color is green.
Much like violent crimes and murders, blacks also have a much higher rate of troubled credit and debt. CRA's had absolutely nothing to do with the housing crises, but that doesn't mean they didn't lower loan standards---they did. If you'd bother to read anything besides spoon fed commie crap, you'd be educated enough to understand that.

Our FDA and CDC are more responsible for the problems we currently have than the President. Guy, it was white people who took out the bad loans, and white people who decided to take those bad loans and sell them as investments. That's what caused the 2008 crash.

Again, it's always amazing that Trump apparently, the great dealmaker and leader, has no ability to make his CDC and FDA do their jobs. When Obama was in charge, there were several Pandemic Scares... and amazingly, they dealt with them pretty well.
Perhaps, but it wasn't white people why the government loosened up loan restrictions. White people jumped on board because they seen a growing market thanks to the lower standards. It created a buying frenzy that people with money and good credit used to their financial advantage.
Two of my best tenants left during that time. Both were way over extended on their credit, and both bought houses with no money down. The one couple were actually renting their big screen television because they couldn't afford to buy one. They would have never been able to secure a house loan before. No bank in the country would have given them loans. Too high of a risk from a banks point of view.
Trump's only mistake was not going after bureaucracies from the day he took office. He should have closed down over half of them, and strip the other half of all their power.
