Or, do the Dew.

The shortest distance between two point is a straight line.

Business is business. Jews are Jews.

Oh please the Jews are doing them a favor! They could have countless other clientelle in Europe and they would fetch a higher price (natural gas is not priced the same way as oil)!

It's the Palestinians who are hypocrites. They could easily go to their buds in Iran, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Qatar, Iraq etc., but they know Israel is the best as getting things done.

et al,

I always wondered why the Gazians never went into the large scale water desalinization business. That is almost a win-win business of a product that is essential to turning the wasteland into productive ground.

The essential key to peace in the region is not based on geo-political, or militaristic outcomes. It is in the way the people achieve regional economic prosperity for all the everyone to begin flourishing, thriving, and gradually successful social status.

Most Respectfully,

If they could turn it into a military advantage they would have done so in 1948, but shooting turnips out of canons is not very productive.

Exports in the form of liquefied natural gas would maximize Israel’s options, providing access to the world’s highest gas prices, currently in East Asia. Unfortunately, building a liquefaction plant on Israeli territory appears politically impossible, given concerns about environmental and physical security.

The obvious alternative would be to build an LNG terminal off Israel’s coast, avoiding such domestic hurdles. But this would limit the geopolitical advantages to Israel of collaborating with other countries on gas exports. It may become a flashpoint if the neighbors of Israel and Cyprus have no stake in the new energy resources, further entrenching regional disputes.

Aware of the costs and benefits, Israel’s government is planning to build a short pipeline to Jordan, a project that could help to stabilize the Jewish state’s lone Arab partner and supply Palestinians in the West Bank. The Leviathan field’s developers said Jan. 5 that they had signed a deal to sell 4.5 billion cubic meters of gas to Palestine Power Generation Co. over 20 years.

Another chance for the filastins to not miss a chance to miss a chance. What odds will I get on the filastins blowing up the pipeline and then blaming Israel for not supplying them with gas ?

I agree.. When ARAMCO built TAPLINE in 1950-1951 they had planned to build it from Ghawar to Haifa.

Douchebag? Boy are you a creep.

Africa has its own natural gas.

Israel is looking for ways to sell gas to Europe in competition with Russia.

I think that you are blinded by hate and ignorance.. Do a search on Google. Israel needs more customers to make gas sales viable.. and there are many obstacles to overcome to sell gas to Europe.

You would think the Pali's would refuse to enrich the infidel Jews by purchasing their natural gas.
Use infidel gas to heat their homes and cook their food one day. The next....shoot rockets into Israeli neighborhoods.
But I guess it's a good thing. Israel makes money and they can make the Pali's dependent on Israeli gas.
I see cold nights and cold food in Palestine when the rockets fly.....

HereWeGoAgain, et al,

There was always a set of open objectives for the Economic Union of Palestine. And were possible; we all need to encourage of joint economic development projects.

(COMMENT)

It cannot be the case that the continuation of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict can be productive for either culture. It must also be the case, that the both sides have elements which are can interact in a productive manner; if they are inclined.

All parties, close and far, whatever their faith, whatever their origins, must help in bringing the parties to settlement and peace to the region. That is the endgame.
