The Obama administration is desperate to regain union support and does everything possible to bow to their demands. Therefore, the GOP is trying to bring things back to the benefit of company employees by overturning yet another attempt to do by fiat what it cannot do by law.

They argue that the rule limits the amount of time an employer has to communicate with employees before a union organizing election, thus hampering their ability to make an “informed decision.” They also claim that the rule would mandate that employers hand over their employees’ sensitive information–such as work schedules and personal contact information–without their knowledge or consent. The rule would also limit an employer’s time to find and pursue legal representation to one week.

and the Republicans are correct. this administration tried to change the rules without congress. so now all of we the people gets some representation in the matter. for a change

you can call whatever you want but millions of people don't want to be forced to join a union so they can extort dues from them and have them making all their work decisions for them
