GOP bad boy Pollster Frank Luntz lost 60 pounds in 1 year, but he's found maintaining the weight loss to be "impossible": 'I can't be this miserable'

Keto is a great way to lose weight. I'm not sure there are any metabolic benefits from Keto, but removing all the sources of carbs from you diet means I didn't have anything to replace them, so it was inevitable I would consume fewer calories overall. Additionally, removing carbs from your diet really does suppress my cravings for sweets (which is my Kryptonite). Cutting back sweets to practically nothing is really good for you.

When you achieve your weight goal, and a bit more for safety, keep your carbs under control. Don't go back to the old diet, introduce carbs slowly and keep an eye on your weight. When you see the weight creeping back up, reintroduce the Keto for a month or so.

I kept my weight off by exercising, drugs, females and working sixteen hours a day to afford it all......

Is weed a carb?

So..what about that stuff on Shark Tank? That keto pill? Anyone ever try it? No diet for me. Just take a pill and you lose the weight. Is it all a lie?

Curbing eating habits is very difficult.. the thing I see is Americans overeat, overdrink, too much sugar. As a result we have many overweight people. Perhaps we aren't meant as humans to eat so often or much.

Maybe Luntz should go down to Houston and ask medical weight loss specialist Dr. Nowzaradan to give him the traditional gastric bypass?
