Just how exactly does that work?
GM can only hire so many people. And they all work in factories located near big cities. Meanwhile all of those jobs are lost in Montana, North Dakota, New Mexico, and who knows how many other states are going to suffer because of this.
A president with a little common-sense would phase out oil and bring in other fuel sources....but Biden simply cuts oil production all at once.
