Global Cooling - PREPARE FOR THE NEXT ICE AGE!

It's still the fault of hydrocarbons and won't stop the crazy crowd from pushing their bullshit agenda of burying entire industries, sending a hundred thousand people to the unemployment lines, and bankrupting our economy.

Climate change is a naturally occurring event, but obviously pollution from civilization can influence it.

But like anything, you have failing business interests like coal that are losing out to natural gas* and get butt-hurt, and on the opposite end you have environmental lobbies that push too hard over things like the XL pipeline (even though it produces more pollution and increases the likelihood of oil accidents to transport oil by road or rail).

* Natural Gas Bankrupts Coal Project
Flaring, Gathering, Investing

Ever since hydraulic fracturing exploded onto the scene, natural gas prices in the United States have been at record lows, as the new drilling technology has helped grow reserves tremendously...

Because of this, the government has been incentivizing the use of natural gas in manufacturing, chemicals, and power production and is even allowing the export of it abroad — which will start this coming winter.

However, as our demand for natural gas increases and demand for coal power decreases, there will be a big push to replace coal-fired power plants with natural gas-fired plants.

That's why the EPA announced rules on carbon emissions last summer... It knows natural gas is the fuel of choice to appease both environmentalists and pro-business lobbyists.
In other words, it costs more to use coal and invest in coal than it does natural gas - not just the fact that is better for the environment.

It only ostensibly costs more for coal because the hack made it cost prohibitive. Remove the restrictions and coal would be much cheaper.

Wait wait. Maybe, just maybe Gore's company that sells these carbon credits is the reason. Right? Well, that company claims (Al Gore) that buying these things would help the planet.

Well, they have been in business since.......

The company, Silver Spring Networks, produces hardware and software to make the electricity grid more efficient. It came to Mr. Gore’s firm, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, one of Silicon Valley’s top venture capital providers, looking for $75 million to expand its partnerships with utilities seeking to install millions of so-called smart meters in homes and businesses.

Mr. Gore and his partners decided to back the company, and in gratitude Silver Spring retained him and John Doerr, another Kleiner Perkins partner, as unpaid corporate advisers.

The deal appeared to pay off in a big way last week, when the Energy Department announced $3.4 billion in smart grid grants. Of the total, more than $560 million went to utilities with which Silver Spring has contracts. Kleiner Perkins and its partners, including Mr. Gore, could recoup their investment many times over in coming years.

Silver Spring Networks is a foot soldier in the global green energy revolution Mr. Gore hopes to lead. Few people have been as vocal about the urgency of global warming and the need to reinvent the way the world produces and consumes energy. And few have put as much money behind their advocacy as Mr. Gore and are as well positioned to profit from this green transformation, if and when it comes.

Al Gore could become world s first carbon billionaire - Telegraph

So, let us be perfectly clear. Al Gore's company must have done some really good things, and it appears as though he has reversed the warming.

Well, that would have to be it. Unless, the left admit that Gore's company selling carbon credits for your carbon footprint is a scam just as we said.

Maybe buying all of those carbon credits worked.
