The money has been wasted and continues to be wasted by trying to bring the so called African americans up to the standards of whites and asians.

Something that cannot be done today. Perhaps in the future with more knowledge and ability to apply gene therapy that might increase intelligence in the groups that have been doomed to low intelligence via inheritance.

Unfortunately the liberals have made it as difficult as as possible for the scientists in the genetic field to pursue their studies and research.
