When talking to service line employees, Germans get insulting in 82 % (Europe: 75 %, UK: 52 %) of the cases, 92 % in case they are talking to a bot.
Is it because they don´t have to fear a collocutor who can strike back or even pull a knife and cut their throats?

You're posting articles NOT in ENGLISH. Did you know that was against the rules?

It's because Germans have always been pussies. Douchers in Doucheland. Except Kraftwerk.
