George Zimmerman sues Warren and Buttigieg for 265 million

It amaz s me someone looking me Zimmerman could actually put one foot in front of the other. Amazing. At 86 years of age...I could take him.

Nick Sandmann is a child whose parents are expoiting their son to promote conservative causes.

You mean kinda like Greta Thunberg???

And not one word on you side about the negligence of the school staff for not getting those boys safely outta there before any of this went down. Their chaperones gave permission to the kids for what happened. THOSE are the people the parents should be suing for not doing their jobs properly.

They were there waiting for a bus. What did you want them to do, walk home?

George Zimmerman, the onetime neighborhood watch volunteer who was acquitted in the 2012 shooting death of Trayvon Martin in Florida, is suing Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., and former South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg for $265 million, claiming both 2020 Democratic presidential candidates defamed him in an attempt to "garner votes in the black community."

The lawsuit filed in Polk County, Fla., Tuesday argues Warren and Buttigieg’s two separate tweets on Feb. 5, which would have been Martin’s 25th birthday, used the killing “as a pretext to demagogue and falsely brand Zimmerman as a white supremacist and racist to their millions of Twitter followers.”

Buttigieg tweeted to his 1.6 million followers. The message garnered 42,000 likes, 13,300 replies and 6,600 retweets in just three days, the lawsuit states.

“My heart goes out to @SybrinaFulton and Trayvon's family and friends. He should still be with us today. We need to end gun violence and racism. And we need to build a world where all of our children—especially young Black boys—can grow up safe and free,” Warren tweeted to her 3.6 million followers on the same day, sharing four photos of Trayvon Martin as a small child, between the ages of 4 and 10. The message received 7,300 likes and 1,000 retweets in three days, in addition to national media coverage, the lawsuit states.

George Zimmerman sues Warren, Buttigieg for $265M, accuses them of attempting to garner black votes by defaming him

Any chance at him winning? Who knows. I'm sure he has a lawyer that made this decision, so I'm guessing he can.

There was nothing racial about the shooting of Martin. Zimmerman, a minority himself, lived in a very diverse gated housing complex. If I remember correctly, he attended his school prom with a black girlfriend. But because he was a white-Hispanic and not black himself, the lying MSM tried to make it a racial incident.

Have the Democrats finally crossed the line with using blacks to promote their hate? We'll see. Should be a very interesting election with this in the works.

I am hoping however Nick Sampson's case goes to trial and he wins at least a partial victory for the way those left wing asshole slobs treated him.

Sigh.

Ya, not the fault at all of the lying dirt bag that was harassing a bunch of children. No, lets blame someone else.

If only she was not wearing that short dress right. Clearly asking for it.

The point of running is that somehow Zimmerman and Martin got about 2 blocks from Zimmerman's SUV, after starting the 9/11 call at Zimmerman's SUV. That required a lot of time and movement if Zimmerman were just walking. But we know he was not because we hear him running in the audio of the call to the 9/11 operator.
To get 2 blocks away so quickly, Zimmerman has to continue running around the houses to cut off Martin, even after the 9/11 operator told him not to.

More nonsense......what the dispatcher heard was the wind blowing on the phone.

George Zimmerman prosecutors have proved his innocence, says lawyer

You are the one with the nonsense.
Clearly the fight happened no where near the SUV or the clubhouse, which is where Zimmerman called from and was supposed to be. So unless someone used a transporter to beam Zimmerman up and put him down 2 blocks away, infront of Martin's path home, then Zimmerman had to had run south and east to get ahead of him.

No one ever said it happened at the SUV...you dope.......martin ambushed zimmerman between the condos...you know, where the witness looked out his window and say martin on top of zimmerman.....

Your fixation on inaccurate, irrelevant details is intriguing if only from a mental health perspective...

exactly.....but you see similar stuff from all of trayvons supporters. Just another example of how some people let their bias cloud their judgement and common sense....of course some of them know the truth but will just not admit it....as in their agenda is more important to them than the truth....aka the old commie maxim....the end justifies the means.

I call the disease these people suffer from "reality dyslexia,".......they see the opposite of the truth, facts and reality.....they can't help themselves....no matter how you try to explain it to them their brains can't wrap around what is and isn't real......

Yep....you nailed it.

Sorry.....you need to be updated...apparently the girl who testified on the stand was not the girl who was on the phone with martin....she was the girl's sister...who took her place on the stand.....that alone is enough for zimmerman to sue.....

And from that testimony, martin stated he lost zimmerman.........he could have simply gone to his father's condo......he circled back to attack zimmerman...he was the attacker, not zimmerman.....

And again...zimmerman had called the police....he was waiting for the police to show up......martin initiated the violence, not zimmerman.

Totally wrong.
Rachael Jeantel was Martin's girl friend, was the one on the call, and was the one who testified.
{...
Nineteen-year-old Rachel Jeantel holds some of the most critical information about the Trayvon Martin murder case. Yet her delivery on the stand in Florida's Seminole County this week drew widespread criticism.

She was hard to understand, mumbled, acted impertinent, annoyed, rude, and came across, as one cable TV news host said, as a “train wreck.”

But the torrent of negative reaction across bar stools and Twitter became more telling than Ms. Jeantel’s simple testimony relating what she heard on the phone as she talked to Trayvon before the sound of a “thud” on wet grass and a disconnected line. Moments later, Trayvon, an unarmed black youth, was dead from a single bullet from a 9mm Kel-Tec pistol registered to George Zimmerman.

Trayvon Martin case: How Rachel Jeantel went from star witness to 'train wreck'

You need to actually do some reading before making mistakes like that.

I would say the same about you. She committed perjury which dismisses any credibility she could have had. Seemingly, she'll lie about anything.

https://nypost.com/2013/06/28/trayv...pposedly-wrote-to-his-mother-about-his-death/

Wrong.
First of all, the article is lying when it claimed Zimmerman was a Neighborhood Watch member.
He was not, and they rejected him because he would not follow their simple rules, like never be alone and never be armed.

Second is that she did not testify she wrote the cursive herself.
She likely dictated it to someone else.
So she was not lying and any claim she was lying is totally unsubstantiated.

First of all your ignorance is showing again.

'Zimmerman was in charge of recruiting block captains for a neighborhood watch program and, after having been asked, was also part of a group to enforce parking rules in his community.

The president of the homeowners association for the community where the shooting took place testified that he didn't think a neighborhood watch program was needed and that Zimmerman was in charge of the community's program from the very beginning.

Donald O'Brien stressed that the homeowners association had nothing to do with the neighborhood watch program but that he did attend a meeting to start it. Residents were told to "stay away" from suspicious people and call police, O'Brien said.

He said he once text messaged Zimmerman with praises for a group of workers who followed a burglar. Their actions led to the arrest of a young black man, who was charged with burglaries in the neighborhood, O'Brien said.'

Trial turns to Zimmerman's neighborhood-watch role

Regarding the State's star witness being a liar........................Lawyer: State's main witness in George Zimmerman murder case lied

The article is totally lying and there was no testimony at all similar to what the article claimed.
Zimmerman had gone to one Neighborhood Watch meeting, but was rejected because he refuse their rules of not working alone or armed. There was no home owner association security group, and there is no legal way for there to be such a group without registering with the police, and following police rules about not working alone or armed.
I read the interview of the Neighborhood Watch woman who arranged the meeting Zimmerman went to once, and she said he was not interested in joining their group due to the rules.

Clearly Zimmerman's father was an influential judge and got people to perjure themselves, in order to help Zimmerman.
But clearly Zimmerman had never followed burglars or help the police at all.

Shut up kid, I've already proved you are lying through your teeth.

Defend his life from what? Zimmerman was on the phone with 911, and the police were on the way.......the unprovoked attack was martin attacking zimmerman

the attack had zimmerman on the ground being beaten by martin

zimmerman was in reasonable fear of his life and/or great bodily harm

So everything you just posted applies to zimmerman, not martin.

No, when 2 people of similar physical capability are rolling around on the ground in a fight, it is totally and completely illegal for one of them to pull a gun and shoot the other. That fits the charge of murder, and is always what the police thought as well.
Zimmerman was NOT at all in reasonable fear for his life, and even if he had been, he still can not use deadly force because he caused the confrontation to happen in the first place.

Only if Zimmerman attacked him. In this case, Zimmerman was attacked first.

NO! Does not at all matter who attacks whom first. You can only use deadly force if there is evidence of you life being at severe risk.

Wrong.

Deadly Force: According to Florida law, a person can use or threaten to use deadly force to prevent the imminent commission of "forcible felonies" such as assault, burglary, or kidnapping. It is also allowable to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm.

Florida Self-Defense Laws - FindLaw

You need to learn some law.
What you are quoting is saying you can draw a gun if there is an attempted felony like assault, burglary, or kidnapping.
But none of those happened.
And being allowed to draw a weapon does not mean you are allowed to fire it at the person.
Regardless of who started it, it was a fistfight, so no escalation to a weapons is allowed, at all.
A fist fight is never an imminent threat of life unless there is some additional proof of the threat.
There wasn't.

You a niggra?

We have no idea what his girlfriend said or heard, because the pig that testified was not his girlfriend or the person he was talking to. The real girlfriend didn't want to get involved for some reason.

Where did you come up with that one?
Rachel Jeantel was Trayvon Martin's girl friend, was the one he called, and was the one who testified that the call from Martin got interrupted, most likely by Zimmerman attacking Martin.

Trayvon Martin case: How Rachel Jeantel went from star witness to 'train wreck'

While she was a terrible witness whom no one liked, it is clear from her testimony that Martin was not moving towards Zimmerman but away from him instead, and that it was Zimmerman who was doing all the running, and got infront of Martin, cutting him off from home.

Sorry.....you need to be updated...apparently the girl who testified on the stand was not the girl who was on the phone with martin....she was the girl's sister...who took her place on the stand.....that alone is enough for zimmerman to sue.....

Once again, thugs engaging in criminal activity are fully aware there decisions could cost them everything. Ray simply used one example, there are thousands of possible scenarios.

.

Once AGAIN --- THE QUESTION WAS FOR THE POSTER WHO MADE THE ANALOGY. YOU ARE NOT THAT POSTER AND YOU DO NOT SPEAK FOR HIM. I've got three bigger fonts plus bold if that didn't get through.

Got it, you're only interested in playing a game of semantics, here's a clue for ya commie, semantics is the last bastion of a loser.

ONCE AGAIN -- the post CLEARLY responded to *Ray* and *NOT TO YOU*. It's right there in the fucking quote nest. There is nothing you can do to change that.

There has literally never been a moment when that was not the case.

Poor little commie, this is an open forum, anyone can respond to any post. If you want to have private conversations try PMs. Otherwise stop your fucking crying and whining.

.

Once AGAIN --- the question was directed at the poster WHO MADE THE ANALOGY to discern WHAT HE MEANT BY IT ---- not what YOU meant by an analogy you didn't even make in the first place.

Fer fuck's sake GROW THE FUCK UP.

You really are a c*nt kid.

It doesn't matter..........Zimmerman did not physically assault martin.......so what you just posted doesn't matter. In the trial, the fake witness told the court that martin had lost Zimmerman among the condo units......he was free and clear...he went back and attacked Zimmerman....

It isn't against the law to follow someone, and zimmerman was returning to his car when martin violently attacked him......

This is all on martin....

You don't know what you are talking about.

Wrong!
Martin's body was found almost 2 blocks away from Zimmerman's SUV, while Martin was on the cellphone to his girl friend.
That means it had to only be Zimmerman who was doing all the running.
If Zimmerman had returned to his SUV when the operator told him to, then he would have been in or at his SUV.
But he was not. He was almost 2 blocks away.

Are you really this dumb. It doesn't matter who was running or where they ran......martin circled back and attacked martin.

zimmerman stopped looking for martin and was going back to his SUV to wait for the police....since he called 911 and asked for the police...you do understand that...right? martin told his friend on the phone that he lost zimmerman in the condo complex....couldn't see him.....he went back and attacked zimmerman.....

A witness saw martin on top of zimmerman pounding his head against the sidewalk.........and testified to this in court....

You can't make things up when there is an actual trial with actual witnesses and evidence that show you don't know what you are talking about....

You don't know what you are talking about....

It most definitely does matter who was running, because it is clear Zimmerman did NOT go back towards his SUV.
If he had, then the fight would not have happened nearly 2 blocks away, as it did.

And it is impossible for Martin to have gone back, because he was stopped as he made the cellphone call, and the call got interrupted by Zimmerman attacking Martin.

And no, there was no witness who said they saw Martin pounding Zimmerman's head on the sidewalk.
There were 2 witnesses, but it was too dark and far away for any sort of details like that.
{...
John Good told the jury today that he yelled "stop" at both men shortly after realizing that what he at first assumed to be a dog attack was actually two men grappling on the ground.
"I said cut it out. I'm calling 911 because it was getting serious," said Good.
Good testified that he saw what he believed to be Martin on top of Zimmerman.
...
Good testified that he did not see Martin banging Zimmerman's head on the concrete.
...}
{...
Jonathan Manalo, who also lived near the shooting scene, testified today that Zimmerman told him just moments after Martin was killed to call his wife and say "Just tell her I shot someone."
Manalo did not see the confrontation between Zimmerman and the unarmed teenager, but walked outside of his home with a flashlight moments after hearing a gunshot.
He said Zimmerman looked like he had "got his butt beat," but was "speaking clearly."

You don't know what you are talking about.....martin violently attacked zimmerman.....

At Trial, Witness Says Zimmerman Acted In Self-Defense

Under questioning by Zimmerman's lawyer Mark O'Mara today, Good confirmed some key parts of Zimmerman's version of events.

MARK O'MARA: The person who you now know to be Trayvon Martin was on top. Correct?

GOOD: Correct.

O'MARA: And he was the one who was raining blows down on the person on the bottom, George Zimmerman. Right?

GOOD: That's what it looked like.

Since Zimmerman was bigger, older, and stronger, it is unlikely Martin would have held a superior position very long.
But it does not matter, because the use of deadly force is not legal in a hand to hand fight.

Prove it.

Zimmerman was part of the neighborhood watch, but that had nothing to do with the shooting. Zimmerman was simply going to the store. After he got in his truck, he spotted Martin. Knowing most of the people there, he knew Martin was not part of that gated community, and given the rise of home break-ins, he suspected that Martin could be one of the people involved in the crimes.

Zimmerman did the right thing. He seen a suspicious character that fit the description of the people breaking into homes, and immediately called the police. That's what you're supposed to do.

Armed wannabe cop was not authorized to pursue what he considered suspects. Being armed embolden him, and that also played a part in the tragedy, by giving that warm gun feeling of superiority. When in fact a high school kid was able to get the better of him. But I understand that. When I was in High School I could have knocked the shit out of him too.

So was Michael Brown wrongly shot too?

He was not shot by a wannabe cop who was stalking him on his way home. That cop was on the job when the confrontation happened.

Imagine that another liar.

Have another shot of stupid, zippy!

You are what you are punk.

Exactly....he is a waste of time except for how fun it is to skewer him.

BTW he is no exception...most of the trayvon crowd are afflicted---- very similar to the way he is. Just another example of how dumbed down America has become.

You just do not know law, any law at all.
Everything Zimmerman did was illegal.
I only do not blame the jury because the 2nd degree murder charge requires more proof of intent.
He should likely have been charged with 3rd degree instead.

The police believed he was guilty enough so that they wanted to arrest him on the spot.
Why do you not believe them?

If they wanted to arrest him, they would have. After the detectives investigated, they found everything Zimmerman told them to be true, and he was sent home.

No, the police always wanted to arrest him, but the prosecutor instead called his father the judge, and then ordered the police to let him go.
It was not until there was more wide spread political pressure that the prosecutor reluctantly charges and then deliberately threw the case.

Please post this evidence of your claim. The last thing a prosecutor is worried about is a magistrate in another state. Do you know what a magistrate does? He hears small claims court. He marries people. That's all he does. Such a person has zero power, especially when it comes to a deadly self-defense case.

You got me on that one.
I was of the mistaken opinion that Zimmerman's father was a retired judge from FL, not a retired magistrate from Virginia.
{...
He served 22 years in the military, working for the Department of Defense for the last 10 years of his military career. Before retiring to Florida in 2002, Zimmerman Sr. had served as a magistrate in Fairfax County's 19th Judicial District.
,,,}
But the beat cops who brought Zimmerman in wanted to charge him, and it was the prosecutor who over ruled them.
Go look at the original articles as well as the police testimony.

Yep....he got you on that one and on many others.....anyhow since you seem to be having a moment of honesty would you tell us where you got all that crap you have posted or did you just dream it up on your own.

Have the Democrats finally crossed the line with using blacks to promote their hate? We'll see. Should be a very interesting election with this in the works.

I am hoping however Nick Sampson's case goes to trial and he wins at least a partial victory for the way those left wing asshole slobs treated him.

Nick Sandmann is a child whose parents are expoiting their son to promote conservative causes. The boy has been on TV saying he wished he'd just walked away and that none of this had happened. And that was BEFORE instructed lawyers to launch dozens of lawsuits. I feel sorry for this kid.

And not one word on you side about the negligence of the school staff for not getting those boys safely outta there before any of this went down. Their chaperones gave permission to the kids for what happened. THOSE are the people the parents should be suing for not doing their jobs properly.
Sigh.

Ya, not the fault at all of the lying dirt bag that was harassing a bunch of children. No, lets blame someone else.

If only she was not wearing that short dress right. Clearly asking for it.

How did the "lying" dirtbag get close enough to harass the children? Their chaperones let it happened. When the kids came to them to ask permissions, they said "Go ahead". What if the natives really had been dangerous dirtbags, with weapons?

The role of the chaperone on a school trip is to keep anything bad from happening to the kids. These chaperones saw their charges end up in a racial confrontation which made the national news, which could easily have ended violently. They failed utterly in their jobs, and if was only by the grace of God that no one got hurt.

You fools think that anything that sticks it to minorities or liberals is just kick ass. Even if kids get hurt. Nicholas Sandmann has been telling people that he was hurt in all of this, and he wished it never happened. Listen to the boy. He's telling you he should have walked away.
Again, this is EXACTLY like blaming the girl for wearing a short dress.

You are pointing directly at the victims and blaming them for the actions of others simply because the politics of the situation. Disgusting.

Wrong. Your attacker does not have to be armed in order to use deadly force against him.

It most certainly does before you kill them.
You can only use the threat of deadly force, such as brandishing, before then.

There are lots of cases where a person has got out and killed a 15 year old kid trying to break into a car, and the person has been convicted of murder.
That is because they did not have to actually shoot in order to protect their property.
The use of force requires things like brandishing be tried first.
Escalating to murder without a fear for life is illegal.

You don't know the laws in all States, in TX if someone is fleeing with your property at night, you can shoot them, no questions asked. So you might want to stop digging that hole you're in.

.

I hope he is is not white....I would like to think White folks are more enlightened but unfortunately for America a lot of white liberals are just as bad as this character we see positng his nonsense on here.

We have a huge yes I say huge problem in America with stupidity.....and I am not talking about low i.q.'s though we do have a big problem with low i.q. folks(most cases of it being with the Negroes) but they cannot be blamed for that...they were just born that way....so I do not blame them.....I pity them.

Anyhow..... when I speak of stupidity I am referring mostly to white folks who do have intelligence but for whatever reason cannot think properly and also we have a huge problem with dishonesty....also usually white liberals.....especially the ones in the media.

They let their agenda over-rule any desire for the truth ...in fact they have suppressed the truth so often...I think they no longer even appreciate the truth.

Yes the laws on self defense do vary amongst the states but in the majority of states it is very similar.....Texas being one of those that is quite different. How they define murder being a major difference. Some states require a person to retreat before using deadly force if it is possible to do so.

But here in Florida we do have the stand your ground law...which several states have--though Z did not use it...his case was just one of simple self defense.

The law on self-defense in Florida has been posted...but since the Zimmmeran case was here in Florida perhaps it nees to be posted again.

Before retiring to Florida in 2002, Zimmerman Sr. had served as a magistrate in Fairfax County's 19th Judicial District.
,,,}

The thought just came to me perhaps you are a person up in their years with some degree of senility as is rather common amongst some in their elderly years...if that is the case I would cut you some slack.
