Former President George W. Bush was hospitalized in August 2013 after undergoing a procedure to open a blocked heart artery, which new reports say was potentially life-threatening. National Journal and CNN are reporting that sources have said Bush had a 95 percent blockage in a coronary artery. The blockage, which had almost completely shut off blood flow to one of the chambers of his heart, was discovered during an annual exam.
