The people (including me) who respectfully disagree with that conclusion will continue to keep their mouths shut in public.

The article is fake news. I saw the official reports a long time ago. They didn't and still don't support your wishful (hateful) death by drug overdose desires. Whether or not the guy was apt to die soon anyway is not material. The inappropriate and negligent police response is decidedly what most immediately caused his death. If you're struck by a train while trying to get run over by a truck, you can't blame your death on a truck.
