George Floyd. The Truth Is Out. (Finally)

At least more of the truth. For however long, the news has been making it look like the cops murdered a cooperative black guy they arrested, apparently because they had nothing better to do at the time. Causing many riots and protests. Well last night they finally showed a little more of the story.

They showed a cop on the passenger side back door trying to subdue the soon to be dead Floyd. No doubt Floyd was kicking at him. It showed the hero cop who would end up with his knee on the back of Floyd's neck to subdue him going to open the drivers side back door. What was shown at least showed Floyd putting up a fight.

Now, I would like to see the rest of the video. Which would show Floyd being dragged out of the drivers side back seat and how he ended up at the front of the cop car with the officers knee on the back of his neck. No doubt Floyd was putting up more struggle from the back seat area to the front of the cop car.

Why is the news wrongfully portraying the incident. They also made a big deal about the cop keeping his knee on Floyd's neck even after he stopped moving. But Floyd's condition wasn't caused by the knee on his neck. So why should the cop have moved it. Especially when just before then he was putting up a fight. All this coddling of criminals makes me sick. Least of all the negro ones. The cops don't have an easy job. They are almost like soldiers on the front line. A little excess on their part should be excused. They need to be supported. Not vilified.
The Medical Examiner said that upon examination, George Floyd died of Cardiac Arrest and that there was no indication of Asphyxiation.
The family's hired Medical Examiner said that upon examination, George Floyd died of Asphyxiation, with Cardiac Arrest being a contributor.
Now...it's a matter of dueling Medical Examiners and who you believe; the County Medical Examiner, or the hired Medical Examiner. No doubt, the family and the protesters will side with the hired Medical Examiner and the County will side with their Medical Examiner. It will all be worked out in the courts. I suspect that as the officer didn't intend to kill him, only subdue him from resisting, it will be determined to be 3rd degree murder (involuntary manslaughter).
Obviously, he will be stripped of being a police officer, however, the time to be served should be no more severe than anyone else charged with involuntary manslaughter. After his release I would suggest that some small town somewhere in the US, hire him back as a police officer. He'll have done his time, was really just trying to subdue a struggling criminal and in the future, will change tactics.

And all this "angst" being FLAMED by the truly BIASED MSM will be forgotten...until we have another extremely UNUSUAL and INFREQUENT
case where a black man is killed by a white cop!
NO mention of the WHITE man killed by the Black cop in Salt Lake City in 2017 by the MSM.
NO mention of the Minneapolis WHITE woman shot by the black cop in 2017.
BUT let the extremely RARE occasion a black man (who was a criminal ) dies while handcuffed?
Number of people shot to death by the police in the United States from 2017 to 2020, by race
Whites in 4 years killed by cops: 1,268
Blacks in 4 years killed by cops: 708

Where's the ANGST???? over Whites? Oh yea... we have WHITE Privilege!
When will the MSM let blacks become adults instead of the JDs that have no responsibilities and do things like this:

It is not unusual for a black person to be killed by a white cop...or armed civilians it seems.
The black cop who killed the white woman was huge news.

You figures are slanted. You have to do per head of population. 708 black people killed but they only make up 13 per cent of the population. Whites make up 76 per cent. The percentage of black people killed by cops is higher per capita - ie, you have more chances of being shot if you are black. That's a fact jack.

And once again.. I have to educate you with Chris Rock's video... Obviously you've never seen it!
Chris Rock - How not to get your ass kicked by the police!

sorry you cant use per capita in this case because the majority of the people dont commit crimes,,

you have to use criminals for comparison,,,and since blacks commit the majority of crimes the figures fall in favor of whites being killed more than blacks by cops,,,

BS. Some who are shot by cops aren't even criminals or committing criminal acts.
So you say "some" are shot just for fun by cops? Or "some" are shot by mistake...meaning cops are human right?
And 100% certain that a black man would NEVER NEVER shot a cop without a very racist reason!

it seems cops are just shooting first more than they should,,think of all the dogs cops just kill instead of walking away from,,,I can see shooting a big agressive dog but they shoot any dog regardless of the size and nothing happens to them,,,

man you are worse than any leftists I've seen with your over the top excuses,,,

Something happened between the time Floyd was sitting on the sidewalk and laying on the ground by the car. That video seems to be missing. The cops didn't just throw him on the ground and sit on him for no reason. But, once Floyd was under control, and he clearly was, why the knee on the neck for so long? It defies logic and any rational explanation. The fight was over and the guy was crying out for help. The cops out numbered him 4-1, he was cuffed and didn't have any weapons. Unless there is more info to this I can't see how the cop is not responsible.

Read post #83.

You're missing the point. Floyd was pleading for help and witnesses were bringing it to the officer's attention. He clearly needed medical attention. The fight was over. There was no need to keep him pinned down like that. Perhaps he didn't die from the officers knee on his neck, but the officer failed to properly diagnose the situation and contributed to his death. I don't think it's murder so there's a chance the prosecution overcharges here. We'll see.

I don't know about Minnesota, but in Arizona, if you are already committing a crime and someone dies because of it, you've committed first-degree murder, whether it was an accident or not. And police brutality would probably qualify.

And there are a number of ways that injury to the neck can kill someone besides asphyxiation, however ignorant of that fact racist imbeciles like Quarantine are of that fact. The neck doesn't just contain the trachea; it also contains major nerves and the carotid artery and the jugular vein. Basically, it holds every single pathway to the brain. And it takes only a cursory examination of an anatomical drawing of the neck to show you that it is very fragile and has virtually no protection for those structures.

"Racist?" Any time you feel like you can handle taking the red pill, just let me know. Also, as far as I know, you have to put pressure on both jugular veins to make somebody pass out. But it is questionable if he was even completely compressing just one. How about looking at the reality. Floyd was on both meth and fentanyl. He probably wasn't feeling any pain as he resisted the cops. So the cops may have felt it was necessary to restrain him a little more. In top of that, he WAS a criminal. I think a law should be passed that says if a criminal is resisting, no charges of murder can be made against the police if he dies.

What part of "only the force necessary to subdue" don't you understand?

When he stopped fighting, they had a legal duty to simply restrain him and put him in the back of the car.

NOTHING he did prior to that gang execution justified that cop putting a knee on his neck for 8 FUCKING MINUTES.

He murdered him. This is no hero cop. He is no better than the people who kill others.

A drug induced suicide by cop does not a murder make.

Imagine the riots after the cop is finally aquitted of the murder charge.

The one thing you either are unaware of or ignoring is the Use of Force Continuum which (to the best of my knowledge) is pounded into law enforcement officers in this nation over and over again. Basically it means if the subject escalates you escalate, if the subject de-escalated, you de-escalate. Let that sink in........
Floyd was on the ground and cuffed with multiple officers around him and was not resisting at that point, de-escalation, the officer should at that point have stood up and if Floyd had re-escalated then the officers could have easily re-subdued him. The officer kneeling on Floyd's neck the whole time should have known this and stood up when Floyd began complaining that he couldn't breathe, the officer made a bad decision that cost a man his life. At best the officer was negligent based on the Use of Force Continuum.

Cops are basically at war. Every day they risk their lives. Every day they experience the worst that mankind has to offer. Only an idiot would expect perfect behavior from them. I could maybe see him getting fired. But to be charged with murder is a fucking joke! Now if the cop had him down and then decided to shoot him in the head, THAT would have been murder. (kind of) Next, after Floyd started complaining about not being able to breathe, the cops could have quickly unlocked one of his handcuffs and ran away. It wouldn't have changed things. The guy was obviously having a heart attack. Did you know blacks are 20 times more likely to die before the age of 50 from heart failure than Whites? But no. Let's have all you fools supporting all the protests and riots instead.
I'm a former LEO.......... I worked both State and Federal. Think I know a tad bit more about it than you do. You are over exagerating, I said NOTHING about un-cuffing him or even letting him stand up but there was NO NEED for the officer to stay kneeling on Floyd's neck the whole time. That was obvious so take your clueless bull shit and stuff it.

So what was your deal. Were you to fat to do anything but desk work? Were you a cop who worked in mostly White areas? Though only being 14% of the population, blacks are responsible for at least 52% of the crime. Though I think it's more than that. Is that over exaggerating? Just because you were a cop doesn't give you the right to say how that cop acted. Because you don't know the kind of shit he may have experienced. Which likely influenced his actions. Also, how do you know what kind of mood the officer was in for any shit from Floyd.

Next, was it your knee on Floyd's neck? If not, how can you say you know how much pressure he was putting on it. At any rate, to me it looked like Floyd's windpipe was free and clear.
you do know thats not why he died???

it was the pressure on his body not his windpipe,,,

You would literally have to be standing on somebody's chest to give them difficulty in breathing. I didn't see that happening. In fact, if there was any sort of pressure from that area being put on him, the cop applying that pressure may have let off. Who knows. But if he was having trouble breathing, it wasn't the cops doing. The same sort of thing happened a few years ago with a large negro who the cops suspected of selling cigarettes illegally. The cops tried to take him into custody and he said, "Get your hands off me!" Famous last words, before "I can't breathe!" He wasn't strangled to death either. Even though one of the cops did have his arm partially around the big fat black guy's big fat neck. But for all you assholes arguing against me, let's not give the cops the benefit of the doubt. Let's side with the criminal because he's black. Right?
again,,, he didnt die from lack of air,,,

I dont care what the race of the person is,,,
do you???

Race doesn't exist anywhere else in the animal kingdom. Which humanoids are part of. So "race" doesn't exist. Species does. "Race" is just a politically correct way of saying species. And like any other creature, I do care want species a person is.
There is only one species of human. So...

No. There is Homo aryanus, Homo mongolus and Homo negrosis. And it's possible that Homo floresiensis could still exist. Maybe bigfoot too.

And then there is you, Homo moronis.

You're the moron. In zoology, every creature even though it is only slightly different from a similar creature is given it's own unique zoological name. Such as the bobcat: Lynx rufus and the Canadian lynx: Lynx canadensis. Are you going to tell me that the same thing shouldn't apply to different kinds of humans? Also, Homo neanderthalensis is generally considered to have been a different species of human. But it was apparently able to interbreed with more modern humans.
I’m a blonde hair blue-eyed man, heterosexual male, so I can’t be a moron according to your hero Hitler. The only survivor of your group classifications is Homo sapiens. You seem ignorant as to evolution and creation. Neither support your moronic theories. I still think your are a homo moronis.

Maybe you should learn facts before spouting your racist nonsense.

All this coddling of criminals makes me sick. Least of all the negro ones. The cops don't have an easy job. They are almost like soldiers on the front line. A little excess on their part should be excused. They need to be supported. Not vilified.
if he was cuffed and in the back seat, why was he pulled back out?....

Yeah, he cuffed before the incident. So, don't see any rational justification for what happened.

Put a pair of cuffs on me, then stand there and wait for what I can do to you in 5 seconds.
another tough guy.....

Another guy who know how large Floyd was, and how stupid you tards are thinking you could make him do anything by yourselves. FYI, beating up your sister doesn't make you able to force Floyd to do a damn thing by yourselves, in cuffs or not.
calm down picaro....you aint as tough as you seem to think you are....you tards get like that....

You wouldn't know, the last fight you had some 10 year olds mugged you at Disneyland and you had to be rescued by 'Cinderella'.
you havent seen the 10 year olds over there have you?...

You figures are slanted. You have to do per head of population. 708 black people killed but they only make up 13 per cent of the population. Whites make up 76 per cent. The percentage of black people killed by cops is higher per capita - ie, you have more chances of being shot if you are black. That's a fact jack.
sorry you cant use per capita in this case because the majority of the people dont commit crimes,,

you have to use criminals for comparison,,,and since blacks commit the majority of crimes the figures fall in favor of whites being killed more than blacks by cops,,,

BS. Some who are shot by cops aren't even criminals or committing criminal acts.
So you say "some" are shot just for fun by cops? Or "some" are shot by mistake...meaning cops are human right?

Two charges in Minneapolis that many Australians became aware of after the shooting death
of unarmed Sydney woman Justine Ruszczyk Damond, in her pyjamas in a back alley, at the hands of a police officer in 2017.
But, as is usually the case, there is more to the story than the meme conveys.
A week before Damond was killed by black police officer in Minneapolis, a black man named Philando Castile was killed by a police officer in the same city. Although there are a number of similarities between these two incidents (both, for example, involve an officer killing a civilian), there are also some key differences, mainly in how they were handled.
Noor, the officer who shot and killed Damond, was sentenced to 12 1/2 years in prison after he was convicted of third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. Jeronimo Yanez, the officer who killed Philando Castile, was acquitted on all charges.
Damon and Castille also received different settlements from the city of Minneapolis. Damond’s family received $20 million from the city, while Castile’s family received $3 million:

WTF? So if a cop, barged into your home believing you had large quantities of drugs, went to arrest you and you resisted they should have a right to kill you? You are just insane, you’d be giving him the power to kill you at anytime he wished to enforce a law, whether you fewer guilty or not. You are stupid beyond belief.

Explain to me what kind of "force" this knee is exerting on the side of the neck... not on the throat!
Do you see a knee on Floyd's throat?

I agree. His windpipe looks free and clear to me. It is possible it could have been restricting his air a little. But not enough to choke him. Also, the statements you included sounds like it was written by one of the assholes who are protesting the inadvertent death of a drugged up criminal who resisted confinement.

I doubt if he moved to make a fresh start. He probably moved to find fresh victims. And with meth and fentanyl in his system, it doesn't seem like he was making much of a "fresh start." Also, whenever a cop stops somebody, they look them up on their computer. Where among other things, their criminal record is revealed. So for them to say that none of the officers knew about his criminal history is BS. Any of the cops who looked would have seen it.

Right! People like you that believe every single word put out by the BIASED, hateful against law enforcement MSM do have problems with their attention span of less than 30 seconds. You are proving you aren't able of talking and chewing gum at the same time. If you continue to believe EVERYTHING the MSM puts out your existence is questionable i.e. survival of the fittest... in this case recognizing bull shit from the MSM!
Remember this is the replacement for COVID which was a replacement for impeachment, which was a replacement for Mueller, etc. People like you that believe everything the MSM say don't recognize this study ... Dummies like you are pathetic.!

In 2016, a study by the Center for Public Integrity showed that 96% of campaign donations by journalists went to Hillary Clinton, compared to just 3.5% which went to Trump.
While coverage of President Obama included 59% favorable content among the 10 news outlets compared to 41% negative, coverage of President Trump has included a whopping 80% of reporting that is negative in tone, with just 20% that is positive.

SO dummy why do you think the MSM is pushing the Floyd, COVID etc.,,, that's all they got! Biden????

That's a fact jack.
sorry you cant use per capita in this case because the majority of the people dont commit crimes,,

you have to use criminals for comparison,,,and since blacks commit the majority of crimes the figures fall in favor of whites being killed more than blacks by cops,,,

BS. Some who are shot by cops aren't even criminals or committing criminal acts.
TRUE!!!

it seems cops are just shooting first more than they should,,think of all the dogs cops just kill instead of walking away from,,,I can see shooting a big agressive dog but they shoot any dog regardless of the size and nothing happens to them,,,

AND again... how many dogs are shot? When will people like you start dealing with FACTS...not subjective guesses.. like..."all the dogs cops kill"!!! Really????

OH by the way...The exact number of dogs killed by law enforcement officers is difficult to quantify because there is no official record of these deaths across American agencies. Laurel Matthews, a program specialist with the US Department of Justice’s community-oriented policing services office, says fatal encounters are an “epidemic” and estimates that 25 to 30 pet dogs are killed daily by police.
30 per day would be 11,000 per year...GASP!!!!

OH and by the way... you probably believe this statement:
How many dogs and cats are put to sleep in the United States each day?
User Avatar
5,000,000 dogs in the U.S.A. get put to sleep every day:( :( :( :(
Figure that out at 365 days or 1,825,000,000.... that's 1.8 billion.
Hmmmm considering you believe that as well as how many dogs cops kill...how many dogs and cats in the USA in the first place??? 135,197,010... dogs and cats... WHAT 5,000,000 dogs a day get put to sleep!!!

At least more of the truth. For however long, the news has been making it look like the cops murdered a cooperative black guy they arrested, apparently because they had nothing better to do at the time. Causing many riots and protests. Well last night they finally showed a little more of the story.

So you say "some" are shot just for fun by cops? Or "some" are shot by mistake...meaning cops are human right?
And 100% certain that a black man would NEVER NEVER shot a cop without a very racist reason!
man you are worse than any leftists I've seen with your over the top excuses,,,
What excuses?
Just because a vast majority of you idiots bought into the MSM latest effort to destroy America?
Where was the MSM for these cases???

Or where was your angst over this killing???
A Retired Black Police Officer Was Shot Dead Guarding A Shop From Looters

Or where WAS YOUR angst over this killing of a white man by a black cop???

Police in Salt Lake City are continuing their probe into an Aug. 11 shooting outside a 7-Eleven convenience store,
when a black police officer, whom local media are referring to as “not white,” shot and killed 20-year-old Dillon Taylor, who was unarmed at the time, according to his supporters.
Salt Lake cop cleared in shooting of unarmed white man.

Of course dummies like you don't know about these atrocities by a BLACK COP because the MSM referred to him as a "non-white"!

Now I'm not accusing the black cop because I don't know the WHOLE STORY but I'm sure the MSM who and I'm going to shout now...ARE THE MAIN REASON IDIOTS LIKE YOU ARE SO CONCERNED ABOUT FLOYD'S DEATH! THE MSM HAS BLOWN THIS SO OUT OF PROPORTION! AGAIN WHAT ABOUT THE UNARMED WHITE GUY SHOT BY THE BLACK COP? OR THE WOMAN SHOT BY THE BLACK COP?
can we stick to one victim at a time

Biden????
you are just a sad lost soul spinning like a top,,,

You go out and commit manslaughter. And this cop inadvertently committed manslaughter by restraining a drugged up suspect who was putting up a fight and had a criminal history. Should the sentence you both receive be the same? That the cop was arrested at all is a travesty!

I have heard of such mistakes being made. But I have never heard of the cops killing anybody in any wrong house they broke into. But for good or bad, when the cops decide to do something, they are set on a course of action. In fulfilling their duty, they HAVE to protect themselves. If anybody resists and get's shot, that's just their bad luck. But their family can sue whoever was responsible for them going into the wrong house. So it isn't as though they can't find any sort of justice.

The whole point of my dead dogs diatribe is simple.
Idiots and dummies believe the MSM ..."tear gas was used while Trump was in the bunker".... stupid people believe this crap! Get the facts. Get realistic and understand Floyd was a bad guy who resisted arrest like someone who is shot
by the cops trying to escape! Floyd was resisting arrest but the MSM ignores that and we all feel so bad..."I can't Breath!" has become a mantra!! Truly ignorant people that believe 5,000,000 dogs are killed everyday have no problem believing that a criminal is worthy of veneration! He wasn't. He was a criminal.

That cop's knee on the back of his neck was reasonable and necessary.

No, it was not. The knee2neck submission posture is extremely dangerous, and it was forbidden in his department and he had not been trained on how to do it properly or else he would have known that, like a tournequette, you have to periodically let up and let blood flow to the brain in case it has been cut off by unexpected obstruction, at least every minute or so. That was what I recall from my army training, anyway.

But unless you you feel your life is being threatened, you shouldnt use that hold.

When he stopped moving, why should the cop have moved. All he was doing was holding him in place. Despite what all the idiots have to say, the cop wasn't cutting off his air.

He should have let up recurringly BECAUSE THAT IS HOW YOU DO IT WITHOUT KILLING THE SUSPECT. But he was never trained on how to do this, so he did not know that.

If Floyd couldn't breathe, it wasn't because of what the cop was doing. And after fighting with the cops, anybody who thinks he should have been given a kiss and told a bedtime story instead can piss off and die. The guy was a criminal. Deal with it.

Floyd could breathe, but that does not mean oxygen was not getting to the air way.

And though I dont believe he died of asphyxiation, I think his heart failure was in part caused by the stress he was undergoing along with drugs.

Chauvn was careless with Floyds life, and such people should not be Peace Officers any more than pilots that like flying into mountains should fly passenger jets.
