George Floyd. The Truth Is Out. (Finally)

At least more of the truth. For however long, the news has been making it look like the cops murdered a cooperative black guy they arrested, apparently because they had nothing better to do at the time. Causing many riots and protests. Well last night they finally showed a little more of the story.

They showed a cop on the passenger side back door trying to subdue the soon to be dead Floyd. No doubt Floyd was kicking at him. It showed the hero cop who would end up with his knee on the back of Floyd's neck to subdue him going to open the drivers side back door. What was shown at least showed Floyd putting up a fight.

Now, I would like to see the rest of the video. Which would show Floyd being dragged out of the drivers side back seat and how he ended up at the front of the cop car with the officers knee on the back of his neck. No doubt Floyd was putting up more struggle from the back seat area to the front of the cop car.

Why is the news wrongfully portraying the incident. They also made a big deal about the cop keeping his knee on Floyd's neck even after he stopped moving. But Floyd's condition wasn't caused by the knee on his neck. So why should the cop have moved it. Especially when just before then he was putting up a fight. All this coddling of criminals makes me sick. Least of all the negro ones. The cops don't have an easy job. They are almost like soldiers on the front line. A little excess on their part should be excused. They need to be supported. Not vilified.
What part of "only the force necessary to subdue" don't you understand?

When he stopped fighting, they had a legal duty to simply restrain him and put him in the back of the car.

NOTHING he did prior to that gang execution justified that cop putting a knee on his neck for 8 FUCKING MINUTES.

He murdered him. This is no hero cop. He is no better than the people who kill others.
Explain to me what kind of "force" this knee is exerting on the side of the neck... not on the throat!
Do you see a knee on Floyd's throat?

Okay, let's clear up a bunch of the confusion here.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner on Monday declared the death of George Floyd a homicide, saying he died of “cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual restraint, and neck compression,” according to a Minneapolis television station.

The updated report from the examiner states that Floyd died from a loss of blood flow due to compression on his neck while being restrained by Minneapolis police, local Fox television affiliate Fox 9 reported.

Coroner confirms George Floyd's death WAS a homicide as officials walk back initial reports he wasn't strangled after family's autopsy found cop's knee on his neck caused asphyxia

  • The Hennepin County Medical Examiner on Monday ruled that George's Floyd's death was a homicide and that he died by asphyxiation
  • The finding confirms the same conclusion of the independent autopsy that was also released on Monday, but there are key differences over the cause
  • The medical examiner said underlying health conditions and drug use were possible contributing factors to Floyd's death
  • But two doctors who carried out that independent autopsy at the family's request said he had no underlying conditions that may have contributed
  • They argued that Floyd was killed by police action alone when Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin knelt on his neck during an arrest on Memorial Day
  • Monday's medical examiner press release appeared to show authorities walked back their conclusions on what killed Floyd
  • The original criminal complaint against Chauvin cited the medical examiner's office when it said it found no findings of strangulation
  • A spokeswoman for Hennepin County did not confirm any reversal, saying only that Monday's release were the 'final findings'
So no "dueling medical examiners", no more confident assertions of "XYZ didn't happen, so the cop can't be at fault." The MEs are on the same page, and the cop is culpable, and now we move on to building a case and prosecuting it.

NO that IS NOT a FACT!
AGAIN the guy had health problems! Here are the FACTS!!!
Mr. Floyd had underlying health conditions including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease,” said the complaint from the Hennepin County Attorney. “The combined effects of Mr. Floydbeing restrained by police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death.”
But truly dumb shits like you believe all the MSM biased and in most cases BLOWN way out of proportion... JUST to sell advertising!

You appear to have missed this post in your initial haste to defend the ex-cop on the basis of what you "just know" about medicine. So now you need to go back and read it.

The Medical Examiner said that upon examination, George Floyd died of Cardiac Arrest and that there was no indication of Asphyxiation.
The family's hired Medical Examiner said that upon examination, George Floyd died of Asphyxiation, with Cardiac Arrest being a contributor.
Now...it's a matter of dueling Medical Examiners and who you believe; the County Medical Examiner, or the hired Medical Examiner. No doubt, the family and the protesters will side with the hired Medical Examiner and the County will side with their Medical Examiner. It will all be worked out in the courts. I suspect that as the officer didn't intend to kill him, only subdue him from resisting, it will be determined to be 3rd degree murder (involuntary manslaughter).
Obviously, he will be stripped of being a police officer, however, the time to be served should be no more severe than anyone else charged with involuntary manslaughter. After his release I would suggest that some small town somewhere in the US, hire him back as a police officer. He'll have done his time, was really just trying to subdue a struggling criminal and in the future, will change tactics.

And all this "angst" being FLAMED by the truly BIASED MSM will be forgotten...until we have another extremely UNUSUAL and INFREQUENT
case where a black man is killed by a white cop!
NO mention of the WHITE man killed by the Black cop in Salt Lake City in 2017 by the MSM.
NO mention of the Minneapolis WHITE woman shot by the black cop in 2017.
BUT let the extremely RARE occasion a black man (who was a criminal ) dies while handcuffed?
Number of people shot to death by the police in the United States from 2017 to 2020, by race
Whites in 4 years killed by cops: 1,268
Blacks in 4 years killed by cops: 708

Where's the ANGST???? over Whites? Oh yea... we have WHITE Privilege!
When will the MSM let blacks become adults instead of the JDs that have no responsibilities and do things like this:

Though we are on different sides of this issue....this is a good question and needs to be looked at. Floyd is also responsible for his fate....but I am having trouble trying to justify why this had to be fatal.....we could end up finding out that they guy was on his way to dying even if the cops never showed up.

JO

JO
My whole problem with this is that the man was restrained and clearly not a threat to anyone, yet the cop kept applying the force for a full 8 minutes. That speaks of hatred and a zealousness at inflicting pain that is wholly unacceptable.

Plain and simple, this cop killed this man and did so because he wanted to kill this man. This is not what I would call First degree, as I don't think he planned the whole thing, but murder in the second degree is very much in play and will carry a life (40+ years) sentence.

Nothing less is acceptable.

When we see blatant brutality and wrong-doing by cops, we all need to stand up and say, "No." And we need to hold them accountable, regardless of what the Unions say.

He was also sniveling about 'not being able to breathe' while he was in that back seat, too. But, the cops are toast, they will hauled before a commie style tribune court, sentenced for fake crimes in a show trial, and then murdered in prison, as will the three innocents in Georgia, and the 'leadership' in both Parties will fall all over themselves taking credit for it. There will be many more to follow; find all those old Soviet films from the Stalin and Khrushchev eras for what happens to those working class types who run afoul of the Politically Correct Neo-Fascist 'Social Revolution' coming your way.

Yeah, he cuffed before the incident. So, don't see any rational justification for what happened.

Put a pair of cuffs on me, then stand there and wait for what I can do to you in 5 seconds.

For 8 minutes and 46 seconds, George Floyd cried out for his mama and begged to be able to breathe.⁣

Watch. Listen to his last words. This is why we protest.

we must turn this moral moment into a moral movement, my friends

Ann Coulter:

" It turns out, for example, Floyd didn’t die of asphyxiation. According to the Hennepin County medical examiner’s report cited in the criminal complaint charging Officer Derek Chauvin with murder, he died of a heart attack. The autopsy also found Floyd had fentanyl in his system, had recently used methamphetamine, had coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease

Two weeks ago, this would have been another COVID-19 death.

There also hasn’t been loads of reporting on Floyd’s five years in prison for armed robbery. I know the guy has just died, and he seemed to have turned his life around, but the media isn’t holding a memorial service. They’re supposed to be reporting news. How about an interview with Floyd’s victims? Wouldn’t that be a newsy segment? "

First you will be unconscious from a head butt, then your ribs kicked in, then your face stomped like a melon. That's why officers sit on violent thugs until the paddy wagon shows up, and never give them a chance to do damage; people can do all kinds of damage while in cuffs, not that tards like you would know about that stuff. Officers are not required to risk being injured just because some Burb Brat tards don't think they 'fight fair', idiot.

"But I wouldn't stand there. I would put you on the ground. And I would have 3 other people with me. And we would hold you down." No, you wouldn't, because you already proved you're a fucking idiot who 'saw no reason to sit on Floyd'.

Not vilified.
if he was cuffed and in the back seat, why was he pulled back out?....

Yeah, he cuffed before the incident. So, don't see any rational justification for what happened.

Put a pair of cuffs on me, then stand there and wait for what I can do to you in 5 seconds.

But I wouldn't stand there. I would put you on the ground. And I would have 3 other people with me. And we would hold you down.

Now do tell... what are you going to do to me in that situation, without a knee on your neck? Please enlighten me.

I said specifically that there was no reason to put a knee on his neck. I didn't say, that there was no reason to put a knee on his shoulder blades, as taught in the police academy.

Moveover, you are on the ground, face down with your hands cuffed behind your back.

Let me help you out... you are not going to head butt me. You are not going to kick my ribs. You are not going to stomp my face. You are not going to do diddly jack squat.

Moreover, as I said before, I have 3 other people with me. In the nearly impossible chance you were to do anything to me, the 3 guys around me, will beat the snot out of you.

So.... No. Not happening sir. Big words, small mind.

All four officers have lost their jobs. It's a shame that the racist cops make the most arrests (over the college educated and more educated ones), but they may not be fair either.

I'm going to take poster cred for this as I predicted the racist cop will fry along with the assisting officers. The OP and the rest have been speculation.

UPDATE 6/3/2020 11:44 AM:

The three other cops will be arrested and tried for:

" J Alexander Kueng, 26, Thomas Kiernan Lane, 37, and Tou Thao, 34, are each charged with aiding and abetting second degree murder - unintentional - while committing a felony, as well as aiding and abetting second degree manslaughter - culpable - negligence creating unreasonable risk. All are felony offenses."

The officer charged with second degree murder (upgraded):
"Three more Minneapolis police officers have been charged in the death of George Floyd, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison announced Wednesday.

Ellison also said charges against fired police officer Derek Chauvin were upgraded to second-degree murder.

“About 9 days ago, the world watched Floyd utter his very last words, ‘I can’t breathe,’ as he pled for his life,” Ellison said during a news conference. “The world heard Floyd call out for his mama and cried out ‘don’t kill me.’”

For 8 minutes and 46 seconds, George Floyd cried out for his mama and begged to be able to breathe.⁣

Watch. Listen to his last words. This is why we protest.

we must turn this moral moment into a moral movement, my friends
So why did he resist arrest? If he did nothing wrong. With his previous criminal experiences he should have
been aware to resist was futile... in this case he died!

At least more of the truth. For however long, the news has been making it look like the cops murdered a cooperative black guy they arrested, apparently because they had nothing better to do at the time. Well, now you have been proven a liar.
