The Gazans have blamed Israel for these accidents before. There is a photo of Hamas's leader by a dead Gazan child, and the article blames Israel, but it was a misfire from Gaza itself. The Gazans have no regard for the lives of their civilians. If there is an opportunity to blame Israel for a misfire, they will.
