I watched this with a group of friends and a couple beers... literally was rolling on the floor laughing my ass off. One of the funniest scenes I have ever known..

A funny scene, it is... but I always thought it did not fit the movie.
One of the best coming of age films there is. I identified with that movie in a big way, I grew up in a similar midwest small town and all that. Great movie.
