um wrong JStone, the mango and papaya are extremely healthy for you...and any sugar found in fruit is naturally occurring so it is not bad for you.
A Mango has a lot of vitamin C in fact 76% of your daily need, it has 25% of the daily need for vitamin A, 2% calcium and 1% iron and it contains Vitamin B6, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, and Folate
Papaya has shown to help prevent colon cancer..so not sure where you get it isn't good for you...
It also has Calcium, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, Iron, and Phosphorous.
It is an excellent source of fiber and is a good digestive aid.
most fruit is good for you...I eat all of them except watermelon.
