On a hill
Well at least on this issue we can remain a free republic.

The House of Representatives has passed a bill that would undermine the government's case accusing Boeing Co. of retaliating against union workers.

The measure, approved on a 238-186 vote, would limit the National Labor Relations Board's enforcement power by prohibiting the agency from ordering any employer to shut down plants or relocate work, even after a company had violated labor laws.

Republicans and their allies in the business community have criticized the National Labor Relations Board for more than a year as the agency issued a spate of union-friendly decisions and rules.

This is good news.

I agree with this decision, they are doing the right thing and protecting a company attempting to create more jobs for Americans.

Go Boeing!

Wait so companies can keep doing business without retribution web when they violate laws? That's not good.

Here's the best of their best. HIGHLY fuckable.......however.

HOORAY--then this should also free up other corporations--that are under the same kind of ridiculous UNION mandates-- to move around the United States to create real private sector JOBS.--and help to become competitive in the global markets.

It will never get past Reid in the Senate. He'll sit on it like he has every GOP jobs proposal since 2008.

If Boeing had closed a plant and opened it in a non-union state that would have been breaking a law but Boeing did not close any plants, they were going to build a NEW plant in a right to work state and the government tried to stop it. Talk about a government destroying jobs. Other companies have to be looking at this and thinking it's easier to move out of country rather than fight our own government to build a plant to employ thousands of Americans. Thank Obama for the anti-business attitude our businesses face.

This is good news.

Now Reid and the democrats can explain why they are stopping Boeing from hiring that many people. Likely more sustainable jobs right there than the fuckups new stimulus will create.

"Pass the bill" lol
