Former BLM Leaders Speaks Out About "Ugly Truth" About Group

We need unions for the same reason we needed them 100 years ago. Rich people are too fucking greedy.

"Hey, boss, we made 5 billion in profits this year. Shouldn't we share it with the guys who did the hard work"
"Naw, screw that. Here's my plans for a DICK ROCKET!!!!"

Why should a company share their profits with employees?
I couldn't imagine any group that could stand you.

No doubt you couldn't. You have no imagination.
Quite the reverse... the people who didn't earn it are the one percenters... they took it from the people who did and buy mansions and dressage horses and dick rockets.

Explain how they "took it" from the ninety nine percenters.
yet you seem to get off on talking about the murder of this black child. A decent person wouldn't even if he thought Wilson was in the right.

Who have I been talking to about this the last few days? Moron.
They are also supposed to evaluate whether something poses an undo risk to the public. A situation where he had to unload his gun on a busy street was an undo risk over something as petty as shoplifting or even resisting arrest.

First, they are also supposed to evaluate whether something poses an undo risk to themselves as well. Secondly, for the hundredth fucking time, Brown was not shot for shoplifting. Third, Brown didn't resist arrest. He attacked Wilson before it ever got that far; when Wilson asked him to get on the sidewalk.
But you do seem to be getting off a bit over the murder of this black child.

Irrelevant and incorrect. Brown was an adult.

Tamir Rice was a child, Brown was not.

Actually, they did.. but housing discrimination is still rampant in this country.

No, housing discrimination is rampant in your head only. The media would rip apart any institution that did anything illegal when it comes to people of color and that's why they never do it. They have a set of minimum requirements, and a lot of blacks can't meet those requirements, so they cry racism when it had nothing to do with race. To pander to their complaints, the federal government lowered the standards so minorities could get house loans, and that led to a housing crisis that had a ripple effect worldwide and gave us a major recession in the US.

So, wow, 61 years and you never got any experience.... that kind of sucks. You really managed to fuck it up, didn't you. I mean, it's kind of pathetic. You totally deserve a bag of welfare money for the rest of your life.

I set my focus on transportation and like most drivers, that's all I did for a living. We didn't have to load or unload our trucks because we were a delivery service, so I had no recent tow motor experience. Nobody is going to look at the work I did over 25 years ago and count that for anything, therefore I technically have no other experience except driving.

Now, I was put out of work 2.5 years before I was going to retire anyway, so technically I would only be collecting 2 years of additional assistance since you have to be out of work 6 months before receiving one check, and as it so happens, my first deposit was just after my 60th birthday. So no, I won't be getting a bag load of money for the rest of my life because of disability. I'll only be collecting it for two additional years compared to when I was going to retire anyway.

If he was any good at running his business, he'd have no problem selling it. If the coverage he provided wasn't meeting ACA standards, then it must have been pretty pathetic.

We weren't under Commie Care standards because Commie Care requirements were only for companies with 50 employees or more. But when Commie Care started, it increased his health insurance by over 30%, and that's why he had to drop it. Who do you think paid for that commie crap, the government?

I never said he was a good businessman. He wasn't. And correct, that's why he probably can't sell the place. Sure, he made enough for himself and to keep the company afloat, but that was about it. He found it insulting and offensive if you tried to tell him about something he was doing wrong, so some of us knew the problems, but we kept their mouths shut. When I or a few others tried to even hint at a better way of doing things, he'd get angry, tell us he doesn't pay us to think, he pays us to drive. Let him do all the thinking, so we did. If we don't like the way he does things, don't let the door hit us in the ass on the way out. That's the kind of guy he was to work for.

Um, back when you were 20, the Minimum wage was worth something. I worked my way through college on minimum wage jobs and was able to pay tuition before the NG kicked in with a scholarship.

But you just whined you are 61 and have no experience at anything else, so that wasn't nearly as clever.

You game the system, they game the system. What ever happened to a work ethic?

In 1980 I was making over double minimum wage, and it was only then I was able to get my first apartment. So you are wrong. Nobody could support themselves on minimum wage back then like nobody can support themselves on minimum wage today. Nothing has changed. In fact I was still living paycheck to paycheck even making over twice of minimum wage. No extras, just food utilities and shelter, that was about it. Mind you I was working a six day a week job so I had overtime as well. And, if you make about double of minimum wage today, it's the same way. Food, shelter, and utilities. No extras.

Not common? Frankly, I've never had a job where I wasn't drug screened, including the military.

I was never drug screened until I got into this profession which was in the mid 90s.

Why should a company share their profits with employees?
Oh, because they are the ones who do the ACTUAL WORK

Explain how they "took it" from the ninety nine percenters.
It's the Golden Rule, slick. the person who has the gold makes the rules.

According to Wilson, anyway, in his story that he was both telling him to get off the sidewalk and checking them out as the suspects in Grand Theft Cigar.

But we know you are invested in the murder of this black child.

Sorry, man, the Housing Crisis was middle class white people buying McMansions they couldn't afford... Now I'm sure no one tried to build a McMansion in your slum because that would be putting lipstick on a pig. But where I'm at.. they couldn't put them up fast enough. And when the crash came, there was a whole row of them that sat unfished for like five years before they started working on them again.

Now, I was put out of work 2.5 years before I was going to retire anyway, so technically I would only be collecting 2 years of additional assistance since you have to be out of work 6 months before receiving one check, and as it so happens, my first deposit was just after my 60th birthday. Wow, dude... No you see, if I had a boss like that, I'd try to get away from him as fast as I could. In fact, I did get away from bosses who weren't nearly that bad. It's seems to me that you had a co-dependent masochistic relationship.

Oh, because they are the ones who do the ACTUAL WORK

Which they get paid for.

I don't know about where you live but around here, when we get hired on we have to sign a contract stating that we agree to work for a certain amount of money. I suspect most companies have employee contracts. Some companies have profit sharing but I'm guessing most don't. In any case, if you expect a company to share their wealth with you but it is not in the contract then you have no business signing and bitching about it later.
It's the Golden Rule, slick. the person who has the gold makes the rules.

Yeah, and? If you don't have gold then quit bitching about it and go get some.
According to Wilson, anyway, in his story that he was both telling him to get off the sidewalk and checking them out as the suspects in Grand Theft Cigar.

First of all, Wilson asked them to get ON the sidewalk. Secondly, when he first spotted them and asked them to get on the sidewalk, he had no idea Brown was the suspect in the store theft. It was not until he glanced down and saw the cigars in Brown's hand that he realized Brown was probably the thief. He then asked Brown to hold up so he could talk to him and when he tried to get out of the cruiser, Brown slammed the door shut on him and attacked him.

You've been told all this already.
But we know you are invested in the murder of this black child.

Irrelevant. Brown was an adult.

A lot of people took advantage of it later on. I'm talking about the genesis of it all which were blacks complaining they couldn't get loans under (at the time) minimum requirements. If they just would have told them "too bad" the bubble and crisis would have never taken place.

I know, man. It's like trying to get a ham back from a feral raccoon... oh, wait.

Nope, everybody has the right to retire when they get older since we paid into the system our entire lives. I would be retired this time next year anyway. So like I said, I just retired a little early. Besides paying into SS all my life, I also paid a lifetime into the disability program as well, and only collecting two years from it. I have nothing to feel guilty about, plus it's fun knowing you're losing sleep every night.

Wow, dude... No you see, if I had a boss like that, I'd try to get away from him as fast as I could. In fact, I did get away from bosses who weren't nearly that bad. It's seems to me that you had a co-dependent masochistic relationship.

Hey, my paycheck never bounced. That's what I was there for, not to help somebody run their business. All I can do is offer help. If somebody doesn't want it, fine with me. As long as he paid me for the work I did, I'm great with it. I was hoping his son would have taken over the business. He doesn't like a calculator either, but I know he'd listen to me because he's a good guy. But he didn't want it either. He said he just wanted to drive.

Which they get paid for.

Actually, most employers hand you an employee handbook with the 500 things they can fire you for, with a notation "this is not a contract".

But if you think this wealth inequality can go on you are deluding yourself. Last year was a preview.

Yeah, and? If you don't have gold then quit bitching about it and go get some.
Good idea. Let's vote in socialism, and redistribute the gold.

I'll bring the Guillotine.

We know you are invested in the murder of this black child. If Wilson told you he was demonically possessed, you'd believe that shit, too.

Moments later, Wilson sees two young black men walking down the yellow stripe in the center of the street. He pulls over. "Hey guys, why don't you walk on the sidewalk?" They refuse. "We're almost at our destination," one of them replies. Wilson tries again. "But what's wrong with the sidewalk?" he asks.

And then things get weird.

Brown's response to "what's wrong with the sidewalk?", as recorded by Wilson, is "fuck what you have to say." Remember, Wilson is a uniformed police officer, in a police car, and Brown is an 18-year-old kid who just committed a robbery. And when asked to use the sidewalk, Wilson says Brown replied, "Fuck what you have to say."

So Brown is punching inside the car. Wilson is scrambling to deflect the blows, to protect his face, to regain control of the situation. And then Brown stops, turns to his left, says to his friend, "Here, hold these," and hands him the cigarillos stolen from Ferguson Market. Then he turns back to Wilson and, with his left hand now freed from holding the contraband goods, throws a haymaker at Wilson.

Every bullshit detector in me went off when I read that passage. Which doesn't mean that it didn't happen exactly the way Wilson describes. But it is, again, hard to imagine. Brown, an 18-year-old kid holding stolen goods, decides to attack a cop and, while attacking him, stops, hands his stolen goods to his friend, and then returns to the beatdown. It reads less like something a human would do and more like a moment meant to connect Brown to the robbery.

Irrelevant. Brown was an adult.
We know you are invested in the murder of this black child.

A lot of people took advantage of it later on. I'm talking about the genesis of it all which were blacks complaining they couldn't get loans under (at the time) minimum requirements. If they just would have told them "too bad" the bubble and crisis would have never taken place.

Bullshit. There was no link between the CRA and the crisis. This is a lot of talk radio bullshit.

The crisis happened because the banks were writing out loans to middle class people buying McMansions. The construction companies were throwing them up on every vacant lot they could find. It wasn't because poor people were buying modest bungalows.

Nope, everybody has the right to retire when they get older since we paid into the system our entire lives. I would be retired this time next year anyway. So like I said, I just retired a little early. Besides paying into SS all my life, I also paid a lifetime into the disability program as well, and only collecting two years from it. I'm sure your HUD neighbors feel the same way about all the sleep you are losing. Especially when they party all night.

The sad thing is, you actually think you are a better, Welfare Ray.

The crisis happened because the banks were writing out loans to middle class people buying McMansions. The construction companies were throwing them up on every vacant lot they could find. It wasn't because poor people were buying modest bungalows.

So who said anything about CRAs? Don't change the subject. CRA's had nothing to do with them forcing banks to lower their loan standards. They lowered those loan standards because of the blacks. It created a bubble. Now......if they never lowered those standards, then it wouldn't have created the bubble. No bubble, no McMansions as you like to call them. No construction companies doing anything differently than they've been doing for decades.

I'm sure your HUD neighbors feel the same way about all the sleep you are losing. Especially when they party all night.

The sad thing is, you actually think you are a better, Welfare Ray.

I'm way better. They didn't pay into any program to support their HUD living. I paid into everything and more than I'm getting back now. As for the sleep I'm losing, that's what the police are for. In fact I'm having security cameras installed on my house hopefully this week if my 8 channel DVR comes in. One of those cameras is going to be aimed right at that HUD property. Now instead of just calling the police, my new 2 terabyte DVR will record the problems they are causing and I can put select video segments on a jump drive. Then I can take the segments to the city prosecutor to go after the slumlord. If I take the tenant to court, I'll also be able to provide the judge with the evidence. I'm so excited.

He's still doing work on the place because the city is Fn with him so much, and the lowlifes that Fd up his apartments so badly, but when potential tenants come here to look at the place, the lowlifes will take quick notice of that camera aimed right in their parking lot. That should help keep some of them away.

Again, we get it... you were in a masochistic relationship because you really enjoyed the abuse.

I enjoyed having a job and a paycheck. Like I said, that's all I came there for in the first place.

Did he bother to write how the lowlifes blood ended up in the police car?

Of course not he blithely ignored the fact that Brown tried to take the cops firearm and kill the cop in his car

He is entertaining though, isn't he? I mean, when you have to stoop to an opinion piece by a leftist rag like Vox, you already lost the argument.

That may be the case in some areas but even so, every hired employee is hired knowing how much they'll be paid going in.
But if you think this wealth inequality can go on you are deluding yourself. Last year was a preview.

Unless you're suggesting a cashier should be paid the same as the manager, there is no such thing as wealth inequality.

The wealth equality that you envision would ensure the death of ambition, passion, innovation, creativity and vision. It would be a dull, colorless world where second rate employees would be rewarded for their incompetence, apathy and laziness by being paid as much as management.

Furthermore, the middle class you claim to champion would all but disappear. I've lived in Panama and worked in Brazil and while these may not be strictly socialist countries, they are more so than the U.S.. I can tell you from experience that these two countries virtually have no middle class. There are the rich and powerful and then there's everybody else, most of whom live in abject fear for their jobs and positions every day. Any minor reprimand conjures paranoid fears of losing their jobs and failing to provide for their families.

I personally witnessed intimidation and bullying to such a degree there that it made me sick to my stomach to see my Brazilian coworkers that I cared about treated in such a way and to watch them kowtow to these slugs.

I personally intervened on behalf of one of my Brazilian coworkers who was asked by the chief of operations of the company he worked for to scan and e-mail copies of my and the other American's passports. Our internet was slow due to company bandwidth restrictions on our satellite communication system and damage to our dish receiver. Therefore, it was a slow process so after a while his CoO called back to ask what was taking so long. He explained that our internet was slow and that it took time to scan every page of the passports but the CoO was having none of it. He proceeded to chew the guy out and asserted that the internet was not slow, as if he had any fucking idea about our internet.

Naturally, my Brazilian coworker was upset and anxious about losing his job so I composed an e-mail to the CoO and told him that we, in fact, did have slow internet. I told him that he essentially called the guy a liar and that I did not appreciate him speaking to my crewmembers in this manner. I never got a response.

My point here is that with socialism, there would be no middle class and the existing labor rules and laws would simply be flouted and manipulated by those in power to keep the lower class where they are.

On a side note, the Brazilian company we worked for is a state owned corporation that has a policy that it is virtually impossible for an employee to get fired. Therefore, everybody wanted to work for them.
Good idea. Let's vote in socialism, and redistribute the gold.

I'll bring the Guillotine.

I said go and get some, I did not say steal it from others or kill for it. If stealing/taking money from those who earned it or killing them for it is the only solution you can think of then you are truly one pathetic human being.
We know you are invested in the murder of this black child. If Wilson told you he was demonically possessed, you'd believe that shit, too.

It reads less like something a human would do and more like a moment meant to connect Brown to the robbery.

Uh, Brown was connected to the robbery; he was the guy who actually took the cigars. Did you forget about that?

Having said that, I don't understand your confusion. Wilson never actually said anything about the cigars or the robbery to Brown, he only spotted the cigars in Brown's hand, which tipped him off to the possibility that Brown was the suspect. After calling dispatch to tell them he was probably looking at the suspects and that he needed backup, he parked the cruiser to block their path, said "Hey, come here." and attempted to get out of the cruiser. That was when Brown attacked him.

Bottom line, Brown probably had no idea that the cigar theft was the reason Wilson tried to accost him. He likely thought Wilson was still confronting him about their walking in the middle of the street and refusing to get on the sidewalk. It would explain why he nonchalantly handed the cigars to his friend.
We know you are invested in the murder of this black child.

Doesn't matter whether I am or not, he's the one who made the stupid decision to attack an officer.

A question: Your insistence on referring to Brown as a black child notwithstanding, do you at least acknowledge that he was an adult in the eyes of the law?

I await your evasion with anticipation.

Joe has been complaining about this problem for the past several years. It's what OCD does to people. I told him how to solve his problem of wealth inequity, and that is quit sending his money to the top.

We all send our money to the one-percenters several times a week. This internet is a good example, but Joe insists sending his money to the one-percenters so he can be on this internet. Until I see him disappear, he's just another leftist hypocrite. But we will buy gasoline from those one-percenters, stop at a fast food place so those one-percenters can save us the boring task of cooking, watch our cable or satellite television, and even talk on our smart phones those one percenters provided us with.

We don't have to have any of these things; we didn't when I was growing up. But now that Joe and millions like him sent their money to the wealthy to have the products and services they created for us, they want that money back.

Yeah, it's ironic that he gave money to a one percenter for the PC he uses to complain about the one percenters.

Uh, guy, nobody "lowered the standards"... that's a right wing myth.

The Housing crisis was caused by MIDDLE CLASS people buying big houses, not poor people buying small ones in bad neighborhoods.

I'm way better. They didn't pay into any program to support their HUD living. I paid into everything and more than I'm getting back now. As for the sleep I'm losing, that's what the police are for. Holy, fucking, shit, when I compared you to Mrs. Kravitz from Bewitched, I was doing it halfway tongue in cheek. Even Mrs. Kravitz didn't put Darren and Samantha under video surveillance.

Or not...

Okay, your name is now Mrs. Kravitz....

I enjoyed having a job and a paycheck. Like I said, that's all I came there for in the first place.

Again, that sounds kind of pathetic....

That may be the case in some areas but even so, every hired employee is hired knowing how much they'll be paid going in.

Which would be fine, if they didn't do things like "Make salaries a state secret". Or "Use a recession as an excuse to fire everyone so you can bring in people who work cheaper".

Unless you're suggesting a cashier should be paid the same as the manager, there is no such thing as wealth inequality.
The Cashier should make a living wage... the manager shouldn't make an excessive one.

The ironic thing is, they create all these systems to make sure the Cashier isn't ripping the company off instead of paying her a decent wage so she'll be invested in the job.

The wealth equality that you envision would ensure the death of ambition, passion, innovation, creativity and vision. It would be a dull, colorless world where second rate employees would be rewarded for their incompetence, apathy and laziness by being paid as much as management.

It would also put an end to greed, selfishness, poverty, crime, drug abuse, violence, starting wars for profit, raping the environment, etc. Oh, wait, that would be terrible.

.

Now you are being disingenous... YOu pick two third world countries that have never been rich and probalby never will be... instead of European countries or Japan, which are closer to what I would consider ideal.

Not that I expect honesty out of you..

Which makes not a lick of sense... Why do you think he could block their path with a car, when they could just run in the other direction... Why not wait for backup before starting a confrontation...

Again, Wilson's story isn't believable. He probably bullied the wrong kid and it got out of hand.

We all send our money to the one-percenters several times a week. This internet is a good example, but Joe insists sending his money to the one-percenters so he can be on this internet.

Uh, Welfare Kravitz, the internet was developed by the Government.... (and no, not Al Gore.)

Actually, I don't know anyone who calmly hands something over when he's getting into a fist-fight with a man with a gun. That doesn't make a lick of sense. But nothing about Wilson's story did.

For instance, he claims he politely asked them to get on the sidewalk, while Dorian Johnson said he used profanity.

We know you are invested in the murder of this child.
Doesn't matter whether I am or not, he's the one who made the stupid decision to attack an officer.

A question: Your insistence on referring to Brown as a black child notwithstanding, do you at least acknowledge that he was an adult in the eyes of the law?

Well, he can't legally buy a drink. You can't book a hotel room, go into a casino, etc,

But we know you are invested in the murder of this child.

Which would be fine, if they didn't do things like "Make salaries a state secret". Or "Use a recession as an excuse to fire everyone so you can bring in people who work cheaper".

What?
The Cashier should make a living wage... the manager shouldn't make an excessive one.

No one is entitled to a living wage. Young people starting out today can do the same thing we did; get roommates to help with rent, stay with parents, friends or relatives until you're able to make it on your own, get a part time job, etc. Or you can do like so many are lately and stay home indefinitely and live on stimulus and unemployment checks.

The job market right now is ripe for the picking. Every store and restaurant is understaffed because no one wants to return to work. People are too fucking lazy to get back out there but you think they're entitled to a living wage. Jesus.
The ironic thing is, they create all these systems to make sure the Cashier isn't ripping the company off instead of paying her a decent wage so she'll be invested in the job.

So you think an employer should pay her a living wage because her morals might be shaky? Why the fuck should any employer pay someone not to steal from them? That's the most asinine thing I've ever heard.
It would also put an end to greed, selfishness, poverty, crime, drug abuse, violence, starting wars for profit, raping the environment, etc. Oh, wait, that would be terrible.

I say this with all honesty and sincerity: I would much rather live in a world with greed, poverty, crime, drug abuse and violence if the only alternative is a world devoid of color, passion, inspiration, creativity, empathy and compassion.

Now you are being disingenous... YOu pick two third world countries that have never been rich and probalby never will be... instead of European countries or Japan, which are closer to what I would consider ideal.

Quite the contrary. Brazil was actually building a middle class the first few years I worked there. Their economy was bustling, people were making better money and the Brazilian Real was rising against the Dollar. They were well on their way but something happened and the economy tanked and the Real plummeted to a point even lower than before the rise.
Not that I expect honesty out of you..

I asked you before and you never answered: What lie have I told you in this discussion?

Which makes not a lick of sense... Why do you think he could block their path with a car, when they could just run in the other direction... Why not wait for backup before starting a confrontation...

He didn't start a confrontation, he simply asked him to get on the sidewalk. After seeing the cigars, he called for backup and asked Brown to wait there at which point Brown attacked him.

Again, I'm not understanding why you're confused about this.
Again, Wilson's story isn't believable. He probably bullied the wrong kid and it got out of hand.

Then again, probably not.

Typical leftist. Believe a lowlife scum that just aided in robbing a store over a police officer that served the public and risks his life everyday. It wouldn't matter how Wilson asked him, it was an order and you obey police orders.
