Forever VP Biden says statues of Confederate soldiers are unfit for public, they should be in museums

On the same note: We don't need mobs tearing those statues down though. They need to be taken down in an orderly fashion on the Museum's Dime or paid for by someone other than the Tax Payer and orderly transported to their new location.

Utterly ridiculous.

We've got a Confederate monument being removed here in St. Augustine. The city council voted 3-2 to remove it.

Since the city council voted to remove it, how would it be even remotely reasonable to ask someone else to pay the $162,800 (yeah, you read that right) to remove it?

Those who want it removed should foot the bill. Period. But here's where the city council fucked up. They didn't know the estimated cost of removal until after they voted to remove it. Even people who support its removal are scoffing at the cost. So, those three who voted in favor of removing it will be facing angry voters on all sides when re-election comes up. There will be those who are angry that those three voted to remove the monument, and then there will be those who are angry that the council effectively voted to piss away taxpayer money.

But it should absolutely be taxpayer money that pays for it...

As long as it's removed. But a Museum would gladly pay that removal and transport bill. You are just adding BS to the ballgame and trying to find excuses to keep it. If no one is willing to pay to remove it and accept it in their museum, I am sure the City has a nice D-9 Cat that can do the job. You don't like that option, get someone private to foot the bill and accept the statue.

Check out the PROG saying others are making excuses to keep stuff, when it's they who are making excuses to wipe the USA clean of it's history because they're major pussies, they're cause-seeking because they need to fill a void, and surely they're easy targets for propaganda and corruption.

How'd I do PROG?

Hey, all I want is for Rump to be gone. The method is done in November since the Republicans won't do it. They had their chance.
/——/ You want to get rid of the first President in modern history to keep his campaign promises. That doesn’t speak well of you. Why do you support corrupt, career politicians?

When he first started out, we thought that many of his promises would go by the way side. They were nutty. It was thought, like usual, they were said just to get elected. Come to find out, they were what he really thought and would try and enact them. And in case you haven't noticed, many of those promises have failed for very good reasons. They are the mark of insanity. Some he was granted only to fall flat on his face after millions a billions of dollar squandered due to mismanagement. I won't bother to list any of these as it's been listed in here over and over again and you deny them.

I speak of having a real President that knows which fights to fight and which fights not to fight. One that works equally well with both sides of the Isle and puts the good of America ahead of his own self interests. Rump has failed in this on a large scale.

Yah, I know, you will try and defend him to the death. Well, until November 3rd that is. At that point, the Party of the Rump is gone. And we begin rebuilding the Republican Party back to it's greatness where it was the Proud Grand Old Party. I doubt if you are going to be invited to help since all you are going to want to do is to burn it to the ground. Shades of the John Birch Society.

You still don't get it. The Party of the Rump is right out of the 1957 John Birch Society Doctrine right down to continuing the McCarthy Commie behind every tree. Today, you have added Marxist and Socialist to mean Communist.
Growing Up in the John Birch Society

One of the nature of the JBS is to lie about what the JBS teaches. It would be like the Latter Day Saints not allowing anyone to know about the Book of David.

The John Birch Society is still influencing American politics, 60 years after its founding
This is from 1958 said behind closed doors by Welch, the founder of the JBS.
Even though Welch understood racism and bigotry would hurt his cause, the John Birch Society’s opposition to the civil rights movement attracted Americans sympathetic to racist paranoia. For example, it consistently published reports accusing civil rights leaders of communist subversion and alleging that people of color were plotting to divide the country and control the world.

Here are some well known Birch Members. Both Koch Brothers, Fred Trump, Ted Cruz and many, many more. And please don't insult us by denying it. It's fact and you know it. For Ted Cruz, just ask a Texan. He knows. As for Rump, it's a tradition if a JBS Household to introduce a 12 or a 13 year old male with the Black and Blue Book as required Reading and he MUST join the movement. There is a pretty good chance that Rump is a JBSer but will never admit it. But that explains a lot of his actions. If you go to the JBS website you won't see a lot of mention of what I am talking about. That's something out of the Blue Book that you won't have access to unless you are a JBS member.

If you don't believe you are part of the John Birch Society then you are one of the millions of Sympathizers. The Members are in the hundreds of Thousands but the Sympathizers are listed about 4 to 6 million. All the rest blindly supporting The Party of the Rump are duped into thinking they are supporting the Republican Party.

/——-/ Now we’re the John Birch Society???? Bwhahahaha Bwhahahaha
TDS on steroids.

Wow, it's been more than 24 hours without a Fruitcake winner. I knew you could do it, binky.

Jonathon, what has he won? Well, behind Door #2, we have an all expense trip up Rumps Rectum. You get to keep everything you find in there.

The Demons are starting to go on strike. Even they don't want anything to do with Rump but with the deal he struck with the Devil, they are contractually obligated.

/—-/ What prize does the libtard get for screeching RACISTS the most?

HE gets a membership form to join the Party of the Rump.

/——/ What a freaking moron, grasping at straws.

We either learn from history or we are condemned to repeat it. In this case, Goldwater didn't allow it to happen. Nixon didn't allow it to happen and even Reagan didn't allow it to happen. But Bush Sr. did. And the Republican party has been changed to the JBS Party which had no party before because the Republicans wouldn't allow it. Learn from history. And you can't change history. It's already been written. But, damned, you Party of the Rumpers sure do try.
